Buyer beware. Purchased a used car from them near the end of May as an out of state buyer. They were very convincing about the ease of getting it titled through their dealership. My temporary tag expired aft of May as an out of state buyer. They were very convincing about the ease of getting it titled through their dealership. My temporary tag expired after 45 days and I still did not have my title or tags. When I called them they did not return my phone call. Which is common for them. I eventually found out that they had not submitted the title paperwork until I called when my temporary tag expired. They offered no apology and offered a new paper temporary tag which still has not arrived as of this writing. They talk a good line but are weak on follow through, returning phone calls and making customer care a priority. Buyer beware. More

I purchased a luxury vehicle and while I was at the dealership, I felt the experience was pretty good but I was lied too so many times as soon as I left the building, it became disappointing. I was promised a key for my vehicle would be shipped to my houe. It never came. I have a legal promissory note that they have not honored. It has been 45 days and I don't have my title, they lied to me about a recall on my car that I had to pay for out of pocket. I will post reviews on every social platform about the lack of performance. I also have called my lawyer to get involved...I need my title!! More
What an amazing experience. I came in looking to lease a new Rogue for my daughter. Aaron greeted us right away and was quick to find us one with the options we were looking for. David is finance was a true professional and polite. I have never purchased a car from here, but I will be back. Thank you to Chris and his team. I called and requested an appointment per covid restrictions. I informed all three people that I spoke with that I loved two hours away and I was interested in one specific vehicle. I understand a restrictions. I informed all three people that I spoke with that I loved two hours away and I was interested in one specific vehicle. I understand a policy of not holding cars. HOWEVER - if a vehicle goes into financing and someone is driving the ABSOLUTE LEAST you can do is shoot them a call or a heads up. Instead, I drive up multiple hours to get there and be told the vehicle I’d been in communication about sold and had been driven away ten minutes prior, - meaning the entire time it was in financing and additional 10 minutes had gone by with no communication. Let’s not forget that I was 10 minutes early to my appointment. More
In October 2020 we ]:leased new Rogue Sport and turned in a Sentra. and Altima. You were to make the last lease payment on both cars. Altima was taken care of with no problems.. NMAC is telling us we still owe on Sentra and it has not been grounded. . On Jan 29, Nick Baron came to our house for us to resign papers that had been signed in October. He claimed the papers were lost. As of Tuesday 2/23 the account has not been paid and Mr. Baron is not responding to voice mail or email. In the meantime our credit rating has dropped due to your incompetence. If this is not resolved soon, we will seek legal intervention. More
Never again. I was contacted about turning in my lease early. After over 3 hours, we drove off in a new vehicle, (being told “they’re finishing up your Finance” 3 times while they weren’t even close to do early. I received a notice that I had to pay a remaining balance on my former lease and was PROMISED that wasn’t the case. Due date has now arrived and I hear nothing back from the messages I’ve sent to multiple people asking them to take care of this. This is honestly the second bad experience. Shame on us for giving them another chance. We love Nissan but will go elsewhere from now on. More
