I just bought a used vehicle from you July 9, and the title is still not transferred from a lease back in 2018. I’m paying on a vehicle I can’t even get in my name, is it even legal? By far the worst customer service. I have attempted to purchase a 2018 Mercedes E63s valued at $80K+ for three weeks. As I was finalizing the purchase, I get a call from one of the reps informing me that the car was sold to a local customer. I asked to talk to Mr. Wervey but he wasn’t available. This is unethical business behavior. I recommend you stay away from this dealership. More

Bought my car from here 2 years ago and have been coming here since then to get all the work done. Haven’t had an issue until my last oil change. When they gave my car back to me the drivers side handle was broken, when I noticed I called and left messages and voicemails and never got a call back. Today I called again and finally spoke to a person and manager. They told me they would only cover labor because I didn’t get ahold of them sooner (although I tried calling multiple times and have the phone records to prove it). Anyway I will never be taking my car back for services. More
