This is the worst dealership I have ever been to in my life. I bought a truck in November 24 or around there and I came in a talk with a salesman name Mitch and this guy did nothing but sell me and my mot life. I bought a truck in November 24 or around there and I came in a talk with a salesman name Mitch and this guy did nothing but sell me and my mother a 2017 Chevy Silverado 4x4 and tells me and my mom that he just got it out of the service department that it was getting all the bells and whistles taking care of and all and I made it clear that nothing better happen to it now or in 6 months and he tells us that don’t worry your good it’s a good truck we will take care of you so we buy it and let me tell you what a big mistake it was I had my truck at Nissan 4 times in 4 months and my transmission goes out and they didn’t have no transmission fluid in it like the salesman said that they would take care of me well that was a crock of xxxx they did nothing but tell us that they weren’t fixing nothing that there hands are tied like who does that especially when your people are saying something real different now then when something happens there not doing nothing so people DO NOT buy anything from this dealership they need to be reported to someone who can handle this issue or should I say issues I should of look at the reviews which was my mistake so don’t buy from them they won’t call you back there communication skills are a 0 the manager never called me or the salesman but 1 time and it was a text who does that and thanks for the truck with no transmission thanks for all the horrible work Nissan has done let alone how xxxxed up they did to my finances but who cares there hands are tied right Nissan so again do t buy from that store they lie , lie, lie and they don’t back up nothing walk away trust me More

Very strange negotiation. I asked him for lowest and he gave me a price $60.00/mo more than what I ended up with a month. That's almost $2,500 over the life of the lease. Manager didn't come over and say thank you. Sales guy didn't thank me for the business. NO follow up call to see if I'm happy with the car. Kinda gross. Just a cold cold experience here. I took my previous Nissan here for service and the quality of work was beyond poor. Skid plate not re-attached, oil everywhere underneath, engine cover not fully reattached. Poor communication with the sales associate, misleading information and then to top it off, after all papers were signed and I was walking out the door, they told me there was only 1 key. Pretty disappointing. I won’t buy a car from here ever again. I live 2 miles away and will drive 30 min away to the Ganley Nissan for service. More
Decent selection, easy to get to, friendly people, however, I just sold my truck to them on a trade. I was told the best they could do was $10.7k because of issues with it, said they would just be sen however, I just sold my truck to them on a trade. This was on 2/1/25, something told me to check today (2/5/25) and my gut was right, it’s listed for over $17k. So my advice, if they say “we can only give this_____” call their bluff or walk out to a dealer that will be more straight up with you. I was only asking around $13k for it, got lowballed more than you’d expect, this is the 6th vehicle purchase I’ve made and the first to get truly let down. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t go back. More

First off, the fact that you removed my original complaint on this site because of WOKE pronouns indicates to me your lack of customer service. My service appointment turned into another disaster at your dealership: . • I arrived at 11:00 because of traffic issues on RT14. • Handed over my keys and was asked told to go wait in the waiting room. • I needed a simple 15-minute oil change. • The customer service rep suggested a tire rotation, I guess, please hurry. • After waiting for an hour, I went out to the garage area. • No one was working, no one was anywhere to be seen. • My car was sitting in line to be next for something. • OK that’s it, I asked for my keys so I can leave. • The person at the desk, came to my SUV next to the steps • They asked me to walk to the far end of garage to the overhead door. • They would bring my SUV down. • I did not appreciate that request at all. • I have a bad back and wear a back brace 16 hours a day, walking is very painful. • They finally brought the car and told me to drive over the hose so the door opens. • I did as I was told and left. • Unfortunately to hood was popped up and started shaking on route 14. • I had to pull over quickly into Home Depot to reset the engine hood. • So, let’s do this, erase all information you have about me in your computers. • Do not expect me to return to your dealership. • I am going to dump the Rogue NISSIN I own in the spring • Its time I find a different vehicle, from auto maker from a dealership • I will not patronize WOKE AGENDA and your lack of customer service clearly indicates you will eventually be out of business soon. Disappointing. After being a loyal customer for over six years, I will likely never return to the Service Department at Nissan of Streetsboro. This was not a “one off,” a single instance, or a single point of failure. Due to department-wide incompetence, I’m unsure why I should trust them to maintain my vehicle, compensate them at “dealership rates” for the mediocre service, and I lost confidence that my vehicle’s reliability improved following my visit there. During my latest visit, it took 1.5 hours (with no one in the waiting area) to perform an inspection and assemble an estimate. Then, it took another 2 hours to replace the battery. When asked if my vehicle was ready, I was informed that it was being “test driven.” This is a V-8, gasoline powered vehicle. A test drive for a starter battery? Additionally, throwing salt in the wound is a $28 “shop supplies” charge, for an inspection and battery swap, followed by a $17 “convenience fee.” All of this and no car wash, apologies for the delay, etc. Again, I will not return due to the lack of regard for my time and the dissatisfaction with their customer service.
