Disappointing. After being a loyal customer for over six years, I will likely never return to the Service Department at Nissan of Streetsboro. This was not a “one off,” a single instance, or a single point of failure. Due to department-wide incompetence, I’m unsure why I should trust them to maintain my vehicle, compensate them at “dealership rates” for the mediocre service, and I lost confidence that my vehicle’s reliability improved following my visit there. During my latest visit, it took 1.5 hours (with no one in the waiting area) to perform an inspection and assemble an estimate. Then, it took another 2 hours to replace the battery. When asked if my vehicle was ready, I was informed that it was being “test driven.” This is a V-8, gasoline powered vehicle. A test drive for a starter battery? Additionally, throwing salt in the wound is a $28 “shop supplies” charge, for an inspection and battery swap, followed by a $17 “convenience fee.” All of this and no car wash, apologies for the delay, etc. Again, I will not return due to the lack of regard for my time and the dissatisfaction with their customer service. As a sales representative, Dallas does more listening than speaking, has a very genuine approach about him, and truly puts you at ease. You feel like you are talking to a friend or a family member who truly cares about your needs and interests. He does his best to help make you feel comfortable throughout the buying decision. We know we drove home feeling proud of the Truck purchase we had just made! More
This was our second purchase at Nissan streetsboro, and the process was incredibly easy and quick. We worked with Dallas Wade who had a VERY approachable personality. My wife and I felt very comfortable as if we were working with a family member. In addition, The pricing was the best in the area, and there were no surprises when it came time to do our paperwork. The sales manager, Chad, worked diligently with other dealerships to secure the truck with the options my wife wanted. They then drove over and picked up the truck and brought it to Nissan of Streetsboro and had it ready on time for us to pick up that evening. Lastly, working with their finance team couldn’t have been any easier. Randy double checked everything and made it feel seamless for us to qualify for the 0% interest rate. Talk about personal service. WOW!! We will definitely recommend their Team to all our family members and friends! More
Found a Silverado on their site I was interested in. Drove down to them from Erie Pa. About 1 hour and 45 minutes drive. My experience was worth every mile. Went to this dealership to find a truck and before I was able to get the one I wanted someone bought it I was devastated but the team at this dealership took the time to acknowledge the situation and promis able to get the one I wanted someone bought it I was devastated but the team at this dealership took the time to acknowledge the situation and promised me a truck similar if not better the next day with not much faith I waited and before I woke up I had received options and they did everything possible to get me what I wanted great place I would recommend them to everyone and I will definitely use them again More

Nissan may make a good vehicle, unfortunately the Streetsboro dealership is run by incompetence. I brought my money to Streetsboro because I have a valued interest in a particular vehicle. I had in hand a check for 20k, ready to leave with a car that evening. The sales manager asked what interest rate I was given, he said if Nissan could match the interest rate, would I finance the car with them. I said yes with the understanding my 2 important vehicle needs were fulfilled. Throughout the discussions of purchasing the SUV, with three different salesmen, I made a number of inquiries I needed a second KEYBOB. I was told the second one was locked in a cabinet in a office. Now the problems begin. I am extremely upset with the disrespectful attitude of a sales manager named Chad who basically threated me and tried to intimidate me over the phone when I called inquiring the status of the second Key. First off who the xxxx is he to be involved with my handshake agreement with the salesman and a different sales manager at the time the purchase was made. He said I needed to purchase the key bob for $300.00 dollars, I said, NO, it was promised to me so since I was lied to, I was returning the SUV because the agreement was not fulfilled as promise. Then for some unknown reason Chad said to me the other sales managers were over 6 foot tall? My wife and I were shocked at the fact he drew a line in the sand. I ended the conversation ready to leave the house and return the SUV. Than the service manager called and said he would order the key as agreed upon two weeks earlier. I AM STILLED PISSED OFF ON THE DISRESPECT SHOWN BY A NISSIAN EMPLOYEE TO ME AS A CUSTOMER. I told the salesperson, ISH, I wanted a apology from Chad by 4pm that day, a apology never came. A few days later the KEYBOB arrived and was programmed as promised. Second I asked a number of individuals to provide me with a owners manual for my SUV so I know how everything functions with the vehicle. Again, very POOR and disgraceful customer service, I was told a owners manual does not come with vehicle, I was told I have to go online and purchase a book. Again this is a insult to me and everyone who has bought a car from the Streetsboro lot who was told this lie. I have asked to stop sending me email on car sales, the SPAM keeps arriving. I only feel is right to notify the regional dealership and the national customer service department that there is a major problem with how a customer who expected a professional presentation by the NISSAN dealership was actually given a BAIT and SWITCH sales pitch just to make a sale. My wife handled all of the negotiations on our purchase, (as per my direction) our salesman, Jared Smith was more than professional, courteous and educated about the vehicle (2023 Nissan Titan Pro4x).
