bunch of liers and mechanics who dont know what there doing I brought my juke in for service 3 times for the same radio issue.(message said to insert nissan sd card in radio which is already in there). the la I brought my juke in for service 3 times for the same radio issue.(message said to insert nissan sd card in radio which is already in there). the last time i was there raj the person behind the desk there told me call 1800 nissan 1 if it happens again . i called them up since it happend again and they told me there is nothing they can do cause raj said he couldn't duplicate the problem, meaning according to him he never saw the problem. This is a flat out lie! i told him the error message was on now and he sent me out to talk to a mechanic which saw the problem and fixed it again. So i dont know why he is telling nisssan 1 that he couldn't duplicated it and there was no error message when i came in.. Nissan one told me that raj never should have told me to call them and if i want i could bring the car to another dealer, I shouldn't have to pay gas and tolls and drive way out of my way cause my dealer is concomitant. neither raj or nissan1 was any help. thank god i founed out now before i bought there extended warranty More

Ken went the extra mile for my wife and i Took my wifes versa there for an airbag recall only to find out that the parts to repair the drivers side airbag will not be available until spring 20 Took my wifes versa there for an airbag recall only to find out that the parts to repair the drivers side airbag will not be available until spring 2018 (it is now Aug 1 2017 This means that my wife will be driving her car for 8 or 9 months with. the potential to have the airbag inflator explode possibly injuring her badly or killing her (according to the NHTSA website) . Ken mentioned that he and the service manager would look into a possible loaner car but they would need authorization from Nissan.. I did not give it too much thought and took my wife's car home after they fixed the passenger side airbag. SURPRISE SURPRISE. a day later Ken called my wife and tells her to come in and pick up her loaner car.!, I was floored. This is the first time any dealer or dealer service dept has shown such compassion for us as a customer. I have yet to pick up the loan but suffice it to say I am impressed The new owners have truly turned the place around from what I found when we first had the car serviced.. Quite a turnaround. This Service Center is the worse I have ever experience. They Blatantly tried to lie to me and then cover that lie up with more lies one after another. I had my 2009 Nissan Maxima towed there this Sat 5/20/1 They Blatantly tried to lie to me and then cover that lie up with more lies one after another. I had my 2009 Nissan Maxima towed there this Sat 5/20/17. on Monday morning the guy ken calls me to tell me we checked your car wit a diagnostic test and found that it is the Steering lock Mechanism auto theft shutdown and the cost will be $330.00. So I say wait a minute this happen three years ago with the same diagnostic and it was covered under the Manufacturing warranty. So why are you telling me this happened again and why wasn't it fixed the first time 3 years ago. He then proceeded to stutter and blame his mechanic for not doing a thorough diagnostic. I then said I'm not paying you nothing for a faulty part your service center put in. Tuesday: 5/23/17 Ken calls me this morning to tell me his mechanic did a thorough diagnostic and found it was a faulty wire to a fuse. SMH at this point I'm so frustrated with the lies I dont know what to believe, I just want my daughter's car fixed the proper way. So I said okay so now you found another issue? What happen to the Steering lock mechanism anti theft shut down? Now, that never happened? He stuttered again and said yes after we checked your vehicle more closely not it just a small little fuse that shut the car down. I say ok I will be there to pick up the car. I go to the service center around 3:00 the car is parked outside under a NO PARKING spot and it does not start. I scream for my son, and tell him the car does not start now. WTH did they do to it. NOTHING Was Fixed. I paid them for a fuse and my car still is not starting. THEY LIED AND THEY ARE POOR PROFESSIONALS I AM BRINGING A LAW SUITE AGAINST THEM. BECAUSE THE THIRD DAY THEY DID NOTHING AGAIN AND WE PAID THEM AGAIN FOR A WHOLE SORT OF OTHER ISSUES NOW. SO THEY DID THREE DIAGNOSTIC'S AND FOUND SOMETHING NEW EACH TIME. FREAKING LIARS i HOPE NO ONE EVER TAKES THEIR CARS TO THIS CENTER THEY ARE AS SHADY AND SNEAKY AS THE FIRST OWNERS AND THEY WILL PAY FOR RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF. Concern Owner of a Nissan of SI. WORST SERVICE CENTER I BEEN TO THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME VISITING THIS SERVICE CENTER. JUST BECAUSE I GOT A NISSAN CAR RECENTLY THOUGHT DO ALL SERVICES AT ORIGINAL NISSAN SERVI THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME VISITING THIS SERVICE CENTER. JUST BECAUSE I GOT A NISSAN CAR RECENTLY THOUGHT DO ALL SERVICES AT ORIGINAL NISSAN SERVICE CENTER TURNS OUT ITS JUST MESSED UP PLACE YOU CAN EVER FIND. EVEN AFTER MADE A APPOINTMENT FOR A OIL CHANGE AND AFTER GOT THERE EVEN AFTER AN 1 HOUR THEY DIDN'T EVEN MOVE THE CAR FROM THE PARKING PLACE YET I SEE MANY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES WONDERING AROUND THIS IS THE WORST OF WORST SERVICE CENTER AND I LL NOT GO THERE EVER AGAIN AND I LL MAKE SURE I LET MY FRIENDS KNOWS NOT TO EVEN BOTHER THINKING OF GOING TO THIS MESSED UP PLACE. WHY IN THE WORLD DO THEY EVEN MAKE APPOINTMENTS IF THEY DON'T EVEN KEEP IT. I WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF THE FRONT DESK FOR ABOUT 20 MIN AND THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO TAKE MY INFORMATION. Dont do recall work at this service center !!! Send my car for recall, had one bulb not working, most likely a burned fuse, but they wanted to replace it. They told me it will cost me around $50 for two bulbs, low beam in the front, and a break light in the back. Said fine, go ahead and fix them, after a while, like after 20 minutes the guy comes and tell me that he is sorry the price for the bulb was wrong , and the actual price was $178 + labor! Told them in that case dont replace it. Anyways they had already taken away the old bulb in the car, and somehow they lost it. My worst experience with these guys is that, i dont know is it me, or something is really strange here. i own my car for almost 5 yeas going to 6, and during these time ,i had to send my car at the Nissan Service Center three times because of recalls. Every time when i would pick up my car, after they would do a recall work, after two or three days something would brake on my car, and had to send my car back to them to fix it, and these people are not cheap. A week ago send my car send my car for recall, two days latter i lost my AC!!! Three times send my cars to these guys to fix it, three times, something brakes as soon as i pick up my car from them. Called Nissan Customer Care Center, and complained to them, and ALSO told them , that me, personally im done with Nissan, i would never buy NISSAN again! Not because of the cars that they manufacture, but because of their service centers ! Its freaking impossible, every time i send my care there for recalls something breaks. Cant be coincidence! More
Service on my Murano For years I stayed away from this dealership, which is the closest Nissan dealer to my home. Their bad reputation proceeded them. I purchased my car in New Jersey because of that reason. I'm glad that there is new ownership and management. I had my first experience with their service dept and it was a good one. I was treated like a customer should be treated. I was told what had to be done and the cost in advance. There were no surprises. The work was done on time and everything so far looks good. I was given a new loaner while the work was being performed. The only negative I have is the service area environment. The waiting room area is small, noisy and not very comfortable. This is a holdover from the previous owners and hopefully the new owners will do something about this. I may be a little spoiled because I also own a BMW and an Audi and their service areas are much different. However the service staff was pleasant, efficient and eager to please. Please stay that way and thrive! More
