When you call them they leave you on hold for an hour when you go there the service advisor is always out. I called and was switched between departments one time for 45 minutes "hold on.. hold on.. hold on.."they also have a nasty attitude like you need them more than they need you. I thought it was under new management because I had problems in the past too but now they're even worse. I didnt have my car for almost a month (including Christmas) and I didn't even get a loaner car. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I live on staten island but I'm still taking it somewhere else next time. More

Thank you Stephanie Rodriguez she is the only good person there! That actually cares about people, maybe others should take some lessons from her.So I brought my car there for service once again giving them another chance and giving them a big job actually that I could have brought somewhere else! A job of almost $5,000. Then when I go pick up my car raj wants to attack me and say some curse words! Once again I have my baby still in the rental right outside the door and there is a waiting room of people. The nice young man as a service advisor that I had then takes me to the cashier to pay, where I then hear the so called supervisor Angie on the phone talking, which she then sees me and starts talking louder so that I can hear her. She then proceeded to scream oh some people are just never happy! They are always going to be like that! Making sure that I knew it was about me! I was like what is going on here are we at the zoo or in high school. Later on I tried to talk to her because they left me there like an idiot! Nobody told the valet to get my car. So when she was talking to me oh sorry I mean screaming she was pulling up her sleeves like she was going to do something! This place is a joke! The manager Jonathan was standing next to her and did not say two words or to raj while they did this. This is why these things continue to go on in this nasty service department! Jonathan was nice and helpful at the beginning but then he didn’t say two words to me after an let them all be disrespected to me. That was not right! More

They never gave me any paperwork. Forged the damage afterwards on the paperwork that they never gave me on the first day. Horrible people. Manager screamed at me in front of customers. I have never in my life seen a business run like this in my life. Everyone has told me a different story. One lie after another. They said they dont have cameras when I asked for footage. I spoke to the owner and he said he would call me back and never did. No one would give me the owner's info. I had to find it out on my own it was a big secret, because it's not under new ownership! The manager spoke to me as if I was garbage and screamed at me. I am a woman and had my children in the car you just dont do that to someone!!! I have never been so embarrassed in my whole life. So unprofessional!! The whole service dept needs to be replaced!!!! More
Stay away from these service dept.clowns !! I brought my Murano to them for a simple factory recall. While my vehicle was in their possession they damaged my telescopic steering column and it co I brought my Murano to them for a simple factory recall. While my vehicle was in their possession they damaged my telescopic steering column and it cost me $843.79 to have them repair it. They would not even admit to me that they damaged the two motors that control the steering mechanism. They said it was a coincidence that this happened while they had my vehicle in their shop and it would have happened anyway. Coincidence, I don't think so! They refused to own up to their actions and admit they damaged my vehicle. They tried to cover up their mistake hoping I would not notice what they did. Nissan of North America was just as bad and refused to do anything to reimburse me for the damage their dealership caused. The worst part of this incident is the attempted coverup of their incompetence by this service dept. If you know what's good for you stay far far away from this dealership and in particular their service dept. I wish I could give minus stars, they earned it. The Better Business Bureau is going to hear about this. A simple factory, no cost recall turned into a $843.79 cost to me. They just don't care. It's the kind of place after you buy a car and leave the showroom, you're on your own. They do not care about repeat business. In my experience with them and their so called factory trained mechanics, they would have trouble putting together a three piece puzzle. More
