I don’t normally write anything for reviews but I had to come on here and give a shout out to Robert Ayers. I was visiting from Delaware in my new Nissan Altima I purchased 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I hit come on here and give a shout out to Robert Ayers. I was visiting from Delaware in my new Nissan Altima I purchased 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I hit a pothole in Jersey and damaged my tire. Robert was empathetic towards the situation and called (what it seemed like) everyone he knew to see if I would fall under any warranty. I still ended up paying for a new tire, however, I was more than willing because of the effort, service and professionalism Robert had. He was determined to take care of me. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone as a result of Roberts diligence. Thank you again Robert! (FYI, the manufacturer ended up reimbursing me for the tire per Roberts recommendation) More

I needed to do an oil change, inspection, fix an open recall issue. I called them, and booked an appointment to drop the car off. Met Robert who told me that they will give me a call when they finish wor recall issue. I called them, and booked an appointment to drop the car off. Met Robert who told me that they will give me a call when they finish work on the car. Robert was so friendly, and nice. Eventually I received a call that the work was done and the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived Robert told me that they need to order parts to fix the open recall issue, once the parts arrive they will call me. Other work that I needed to do was done nicely. I highly recommend dealing with them, and shout out to Robert for being friendly, and proving great customer experience. More
I have been dealing with Cecilia Sterlacci for about 26 years now she is the best person to deal with I wouldn’t want anyone else to help me. She’s up front and tells you the truth. Service department is a scam. Had $3000 worth of work done and had car returned with broken front seat Never even got to drive the car away. Manager offers 15% to repair the seat stating was a known iss done and had car returned with broken front seat Never even got to drive the car away. Manager offers 15% to repair the seat stating was a known issue with the car. Had the car for 2 days and didnt notify me of broken seat during that time. If they had notified me of the issue ahead of time things could be different. However to just shrug your shoulders and say not my fault is unacceptable.Took no accountability for his shop and showed no customer service ability in trying to find a reasonable solution to a problem caused in the shop. Nissan will never get another dime from me again. More
