I am an older lady and my daughter and i have leased 6 csrd with Nissan. I was trick into leasing an electric SUV and it's been a terrible experience and very expensive. I called in to ask questions; I did not expect to get a car. The team was very helpful and encouraging. I did not think I was able to get approved, but I took a shot sent in my credit application and t car. The team was very helpful and encouraging. They offered to pick me up since I did not have a ride. I was so happy and took the ride there. They arrived only within a few minutes. I felt like I was VIP from the first phone call to signing the papers in the end. The team was so nice and so helpful they showed me how to work all the features and set up my Bluetooth. I am so happy and so grateful for everything they did. On top of my amazing experience, I did not have to put a dollar down and I am driving off with my new car! I did not have to do a single thing. Very disappointed at my last visit to Nissan of SI. It was only my second time at this dealership after traveling to NJ for years to have my vehicle serviced there. I had a 10am appointment for an oil It was only my second time at this dealership after traveling to NJ for years to have my vehicle serviced there. I had a 10am appointment for an oil change and was checked in at 9:40. I added a tire rotation in addition to the oil change and was told there were 5 vehicles ahead of me and expect to wait 1.5-2 hours. After voicing my displeasure the woman stated she will try and have me done within 1.5 hours. At 11:30, one hour and fifty minutes later I asked for a status of my vehicle. The woman went out to the service area and she came back and I was told my car was next to go on the lift after that car is done and pointed to a car that was still being worked on. At that time I requested my keys and left the location without any service to my vehicle. The waiting area is small, cramped, and with uncomfortable chairs. What is the point to making an appointment and not honoring the appointment time? Now I know why I go to Nissan in NJ for service. I sit in a large waiting area with big leather couches, refreshments are available, charging ports and am out in a very reasonable amount of time. Nissan of SI,…you need to get your act together!! I will not be back. More
Nissan of Staten Island is the best dealership I have been to and this is my 6th Nissan Altima so I know! Igor Fleyshman was wonderful. He made sure I got the exact car I wanted.
