Courteous, Friendly, Honest My husband and I visited SI Nissan to turn in our leased vehicle (leased 3 yrs ago under prior ownership which doesn't come close to current ownership My husband and I visited SI Nissan to turn in our leased vehicle (leased 3 yrs ago under prior ownership which doesn't come close to current ownership) and to lease a vehicle for our daughter. We met with Manny and he was fantastic throughout the process. Then we met with Joe in finance and he was terrific. Finally, we met the general manager of the dealership who was as friendly as can be. We could not be more satisfied with SI Nissan and we will continue to be loyal customers. Thank you all so much!! Bunch of crooks, used a bait and switch on my son My son was going to buy a Nissan Pathfinder SL .when he went to pick up the truck I told him to make sure it was the truck he picked out. They made h My son was going to buy a Nissan Pathfinder SL .when he went to pick up the truck I told him to make sure it was the truck he picked out. They made him wait four hours and tried to get him to sign the deal, before he could see the truck. When he refused to sign until he saw the truck the switched it to a pathfinder SL with no Bose system, no nav, and so other stuff. I told him to leave this dealer and not sign anything. They thought they could take advantage of a young 25 year old buying his first new car. The manger then said they would get him another truck like the one he picked out but I told him to leave because they would do something on the fiancé side of the deal to f him over. Don't trust these people they still operate the same way as the old Staten Island Nissan dealer, probably just did a company title change. Go some place else. Plus I am telling my Union to warn other people about this business More

WORST SERVICE CENTER I BEEN TO THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME VISITING THIS SERVICE CENTER. JUST BECAUSE I GOT A NISSAN CAR RECENTLY THOUGHT DO ALL SERVICES AT ORIGINAL NISSAN SERVI THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME VISITING THIS SERVICE CENTER. JUST BECAUSE I GOT A NISSAN CAR RECENTLY THOUGHT DO ALL SERVICES AT ORIGINAL NISSAN SERVICE CENTER TURNS OUT ITS JUST MESSED UP PLACE YOU CAN EVER FIND. EVEN AFTER MADE A APPOINTMENT FOR A OIL CHANGE AND AFTER GOT THERE EVEN AFTER AN 1 HOUR THEY DIDN'T EVEN MOVE THE CAR FROM THE PARKING PLACE YET I SEE MANY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES WONDERING AROUND THIS IS THE WORST OF WORST SERVICE CENTER AND I LL NOT GO THERE EVER AGAIN AND I LL MAKE SURE I LET MY FRIENDS KNOWS NOT TO EVEN BOTHER THINKING OF GOING TO THIS MESSED UP PLACE. Making the Impossible, Possible My first visit with my mom to this dealership was for a used car. I was pre approved with MCU which wasn't bad considering that my interest rate was a My first visit with my mom to this dealership was for a used car. I was pre approved with MCU which wasn't bad considering that my interest rate was at 6%. I was greeted by Oscar Cordova. Oscar was great and was very patient with me. I explained to Oscar what where the numbers that fit my budget and what i was looking for. He showed me what they had in there used car lot. Some cars where a little over my budget. Just when things where not looking too good. I was then offered an alternative. I was asked if they can run credit, if my credit was that good, they can possibly put me in a 2016 Altima. I later found myself driving out the lot in a 2016 Altima 2.5 S. I personally want to thank Oscar, Jimmy, Al and David for all of your help and treatment to mother and I. You guys left us looking forward to working with all of you again in the near future. More
