We have a four-month-old baby, and this makes car buying especially problematic. We have to work around her schedule, and who knows when she's going to start a screaming-fest.... parents, you know what I'm talking about. Anyways, we found the car that we wanted on the Nissan of Staten Island website. We called to inquire. We were immediately replied to. I explained to the dealer that we wanted the car, we wanted to pick it up as soon as feasible, and we didn't want to wait around with a crying baby. Jeremy was our sales person. He immediately knew what we wanted and he took care of us. Top line service! Jimmy, the head of sales, checked in several times to make sure we were taken care of. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed, as there always are, and they were quickly resolved. All in, we were in and out of the dealer in about an hour. We got the car that we wanted, at the price that they advertised, and a great deal of good old fashion customer service. I will certainly buy from them again, and I encourage you to trust them with your car buying experience. More

Excellent experience at Nissan of Staten Island I received a phone call from Sharone Purer in regards to ending my lease early and getting a new Nissan. I agreed to make an appointment, although I I received a phone call from Sharone Purer in regards to ending my lease early and getting a new Nissan. I agreed to make an appointment, although I was dreading it due to past experiences getting cars. However, as soon as I walked into the new Nissan of Staten Island, all of my angst disappeared. I was warmly greeted by a few employees and then by Sharone. As we went through the process, Sharone made it extremely comfortable and easy. It could not have gone any easier. lease process smooth, but didnt get what promised Negotiated for a 2017 rogue, agreed on a price but VIN was for a 2016. Salesman was Mo, I complained and he brought over supervisor, David Dann who ag Negotiated for a 2017 rogue, agreed on a price but VIN was for a 2016. Salesman was Mo, I complained and he brought over supervisor, David Dann who agreed to lower price and said 2016 and 2017 were the same EXCEPT front grill was different. I agreed to take 2016 but that was NOT true, it didn't have remote start and motion detected liftgate. I got the Premium Package, but these were 2 differences between 2016 & 17. I called and spoke to Mo, who had David Dann call me back, but they said remote start was over $500 at their cost, and they sell it installed for almost $700. They also tried to insinuate that they told me and my wife that there was not remote start, but that was not the case. Remote start was something that was fairly important to me, and I would have tried to find a 2017 instead. Everything else went smooth, finance guy was fine, and they delivered car to my house. Just not happy with deception, which may not have been intentional, but just like any dealer, they are always in a rush to make the sale. More
