Thieves and liars!!! Not under new ownership! Do not go here Brought car for service, from get go so rude all staff.They lied from beginning. Kept my car there for days. They never gave me any paperwork. Forged the damage afterwards on the paperwork that they never gave me on the first day. Horrible people. Manager screamed at me in front of customers. I have never in my life seen a business run like this in my life. Everyone has told me a different story. One lie after another. They said they dont have cameras when I asked for footage. I spoke to the owner and he said he would call me back and never did. No one would give me the owner's info. I had to find it out on my own it was a big secret, because it's not under new ownership! The manager spoke to me as if I was garbage and screamed at me. I am a woman and had my children in the car you just dont do that to someone!!! I have never been so embarrassed in my whole life. So unprofessional!! The whole service dept needs to be replaced!!!! More

Stay away from these service dept.clowns !! I brought my Murano to them for a simple factory recall. While my vehicle was in their possession they damaged my telescopic steering column and it co I brought my Murano to them for a simple factory recall. While my vehicle was in their possession they damaged my telescopic steering column and it cost me $843.79 to have them repair it. They would not even admit to me that they damaged the two motors that control the steering mechanism. They said it was a coincidence that this happened while they had my vehicle in their shop and it would have happened anyway. Coincidence, I don't think so! They refused to own up to their actions and admit they damaged my vehicle. They tried to cover up their mistake hoping I would not notice what they did. Nissan of North America was just as bad and refused to do anything to reimburse me for the damage their dealership caused. The worst part of this incident is the attempted coverup of their incompetence by this service dept. If you know what's good for you stay far far away from this dealership and in particular their service dept. I wish I could give minus stars, they earned it. The Better Business Bureau is going to hear about this. A simple factory, no cost recall turned into a $843.79 cost to me. They just don't care. It's the kind of place after you buy a car and leave the showroom, you're on your own. They do not care about repeat business. In my experience with them and their so called factory trained mechanics, they would have trouble putting together a three piece puzzle. More
Lenny is amazing I called after I left another well known dealership that’s over the bridge and I felt beaten up with the whole bait and switch move of seeing a car on I called after I left another well known dealership that’s over the bridge and I felt beaten up with the whole bait and switch move of seeing a car on the internet and going in and “oh that car sold this morning!” I called Staten Island Nissan and spoke to Lenny and he was able to tell me what he had on his lot over the phone and even sent me pictures. He was even more informative then the manger that was there on the weekend. It was a pleasure working with him and I would recommend him to all my friends and family And Daniel in the finance department was very informative with different rates and i didn’t feel like i was being strong armed to purchase my vehicle. More
Lease expiration The dealer was new. I was his first new car sale. He wasn’t trained very well & there were a lot of issues that needed to be done more than once. The dealer was new. bunch of liers and mechanics who dont know what there doing I brought my juke in for service 3 times for the same radio issue.(message said to insert nissan sd card in radio which is already in there). the la I brought my juke in for service 3 times for the same radio issue.(message said to insert nissan sd card in radio which is already in there). the last time i was there raj the person behind the desk there told me call 1800 nissan 1 if it happens again . i called them up since it happend again and they told me there is nothing they can do cause raj said he couldn't duplicate the problem, meaning according to him he never saw the problem. This is a flat out lie! i told him the error message was on now and he sent me out to talk to a mechanic which saw the problem and fixed it again. So i dont know why he is telling nisssan 1 that he couldn't duplicated it and there was no error message when i came in.. Nissan one told me that raj never should have told me to call them and if i want i could bring the car to another dealer, I shouldn't have to pay gas and tolls and drive way out of my way cause my dealer is concomitant. neither raj or nissan1 was any help. thank god i founed out now before i bought there extended warranty More
