I came across Victoria who helped me from the very first moment that she answered my call. She was very knowledgeable about her product and what her store has to offer. She even educated me on car buying even though I have been buying cars for over 20 years now. She then made an appointment for me to meet with a representative named Damiano who was also very knowledgeable about his products and very personable yet professional. Because of the two employees at Nissan I got my new 2019 Nissan Maxima and I love every second of it. They made it so easy from start to finish and I couldnt be anymore happy to have them help me with my new car. I will be back in 36 months to meet with them again for my next car. Extremely Shady Nissan Dealership I got scammed by this dealership in an extremely harsh way! I was forced to sign up for a loan that I didn't need because they don't do full payment t I got scammed by this dealership in an extremely harsh way! I was forced to sign up for a loan that I didn't need because they don't do full payment transactions! The car was damaged by one of their workers so they refused to sell me a different one! They repainted the front bumper which came back with dirt and bubbles in the paint done half xxx in only 2 days without using a clean room! After arguing for 3 weeks I decided to lose my down payment and default on the loan! Do.not trust this dealership they are extremely shady!! I tried calling corporate office and they did absolutely nothing to help because Nissan has no corporate office in New York!! Do not go to this dealership they are a nightmare group of conniving people so beware!! More
