Called to inquire about multiple vehicles shown on their website and they told me they had many cars available including those stock numbers I specifically provided. When we went to the dealership 6 hours l website and they told me they had many cars available including those stock numbers I specifically provided. When we went to the dealership 6 hours later, not one of them was available. They blatantly lied and misrepresented their inventory just to get us into the dealership. I later found out it was their receptionist who was the one providing this info and acting as a sales agent. The two people I specifically dealt with (Victoria and Dan Delnegro who claimed to be the sales manager but he was hesitant to offer me his last name knowing their actions were being questioned) were extremely unprofessional and rude in several ways and when questioned about the false information they knowing provided me had no remorse or concern about their actions. This was so bad I contacted Nissan North America to file a complaint against this dealer. I will never return to this dealership nor will I recommend them to anyone. Anyone who asks me will get the facts and truth of the poor service these people at Staten Island Nissan provided. More

TERRIBLE customer service, poor communication, very misleading and not professional at all. Daniel the finance manger literally threw a temper tantrum in his office because he was called out on somethi misleading and not professional at all. Daniel then held a meeting with his team in the middle of the sales floor and that meeting was literally about us. He proceeded to feel the need to speak loudly across the sales floor after being asked to come back into his office to finish off the deal. He told us he’s cancelling the deal, and he didn’t wanna Be bother with us. Jordan the GM felt the need to offer us a deal instead of finishing off what Daniel started. Jordan than asked for another rep to finish what was started and that rep felt the need to say nothing to us. He didn’t even introduce himself. Customer service at this location is terrible. I’ve had 5 Nissan vehicles from this location and this is the first time having a terrible experience. More

The quote was exactly was I expected. Nissan of Staten Island explained exactly what had to be done to purchase the car. The Finance Manager prepared all the paperwork, carefully explaining all the options that I had and tailored the deal to my specifications.
