I’ve been a customer of Staten Island Nissan for over 15 years. I’ve been loyal all this time. They definitely disappointed me this time. They mark the cars $5000 over sticker price. I have a 2017 Nissan Rogue sport I got brand new. The coolant fan went on car. The part is on back order for months. They were going to give me almost nothing for my car. I needed to do an oil change, inspection, fix an open recall issue. I called them, and booked an appointment to drop the car off. Met Robert who told me that they will give me a call when they finish wor recall issue. I called them, and booked an appointment to drop the car off. Met Robert who told me that they will give me a call when they finish work on the car. Robert was so friendly, and nice. Eventually I received a call that the work was done and the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived Robert told me that they need to order parts to fix the open recall issue, once the parts arrive they will call me. Other work that I needed to do was done nicely. I highly recommend dealing with them, and shout out to Robert for being friendly, and proving great customer experience. More
