DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. Wish I could give zero stars or negative stars. One comment he said he had secured financing was along the lines of “I am the fu***ng best,” which is not very professional, and not exactly the kind of language I enjoy being around. Definitely wont recommend a friend or family member to someone who is that unprofessional and uses that kind of language. • I purchased the truck on March 2, 2024. It was originally being sold “as is” then midway through signing paperwork, I, and the finance manager I was dealing with (Layne) found out it was a CPO (certified preowned). We did find out that it was a CPO until after I had already signed the papers for 3rd party warranty. In other words, I could now no longer refuse the warranty, because I had already signed and agreed to pay for it before finding out it was being sold as a CPO. So, I was sold a 3rd party warranty, “Security+Plus” “Vehicle Service Contract (VSC),” as well as the Certified Pre-Owned warranty. I was sold the Gold Preferred plan with a purchase price of $3,194.00, even though as a CPO it should not have needed a 3rd party warranty; still paid for it. • 5 days after purchase, on March 7, 2024, while driving home from a haircut appointment down the interstate (295), the front right brake caliper fell off the brake disc, and was loose in the inside of the rim, only connected by the lines, making it grind against and damage the rim. This caused the truck to produce a horrible grinding noise and caused the steering to go haywire. Due to this issue, I had to get a tow truck and had to pay out of pocket for the tow to the dealership, in which I was not reimbursed for. Ever since this happened, I have noted that the truck tends to pull to the right, and I have to fight the steering wheel in order to drive straight. • 6 weeks later, April 19, 2024, I had to bring the truck into to the shop for maintenance again, because I noticed my brake lights were no longer working. After bringing it in and having a diagnosis completed, it turns out it was because a fuse had blown. • Fast forward 5 more weeks later to May 22, 2024. I noticed while driving home, my truck had started to shake and wobble badly just with normal driving at any speed, and it is concerning and near uncontrollable around 45 MPH and 70 MPH. So, I brought it into the shop for the third time. After diagnosis, it turns out one tire had a flat spot, and another had a bad bubble and the tread was separating. • On May 30, 2024, I bought two new tires for the truck. Fast forward NOT EVEN 6 WEEKS LATER to July 8, 2024, the truck has begun to shake and wobble and pull really badly again. In conclusion, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. The sales are shady, they are negligent in their work and inspections and just want to sell a car and get every penny out of you possible. Even if the car is a "Certified Pre Owned" it will be unreliable, unsafe, and a "Certified Piece of Crap". More

UNAPOLOGETICALLY DISHONEST. I went there for a final test drive on the way to purchase a vehicle at another dealership. They persuaded me to stay and offered me a deal for $350 for a very nice BMW SUV after trying higher amounts multiple times. This seemed like a great deal and one of the managers shook my hand and said they'd get it done. Instead, they had me at the dealership for five hours - implying the paperwork would be coming at any time. I stated several times I could leave and come back because I had kids at home. No, the paperwork was coming ... so I didn't do my master's paper, thinking it would only be another minute. AT 10:15 AT NIGHT THEY CAME BACK WITH SAID PAPERWORK AND SAID SORRY, WE CAN ONLY DO $417. Almost everyone was gone, including the manager who shook my hand on whose word I canceled the other car I was going to buy. "Sorry ma'am, nothing we can do." (That's the finance guy after saying he'd be with me in five minutes and then finally coming to the desk 30 minutes later, at 10:15 p.m. Actually, he didn't say sorry and I'm not even sure he called me ma'am. Nothing you can do? What I can do is never do business with Nissan of xx. Augustine, and I suggest you skip it, too. And definitely don't believe them about a rate or a wait unless it's in writing in front of you already. The only bright spot was the sales rep, James, who was absolutely amazing - he sent my kids Chick-fil-A, let me borrow his jacket because it's freezing in there, and let me borrow his charger when my phone died after 5 hours) And for corporate reading this - as of tomorrow, we'll have bought two Maseratis in six months and be on the way to a BMW. If you consider what this will cost you in customer lifetime value alone, not to mention all the negative word of mouth you just earned, you might consider it not just an inconvenience for a customer whose time didn't matter but a very costly mistake. They scam you into believing you won a prize and tell you to come pick it up. When you go there they humiliate you by explaining how you fell for there SCAM and you actually won nothing. I went in with Bill, Layne and James were so patient and helpful. They did not pressure me or try to sell me something that I could not afford. I went in with a budget and they met my budget. I left there feeling like THEY were there to take care of ME and gave me THEIR undivided attention. James even helped me clean out my old car, load it into my NEW CAR AND he helped me set up my cellphone. You have a customer for life and I will refer anyone I know to your dealership. This is the second time I’ve had to bring my car in for major service since purchasing there! The first time they tried to tell me I needed to replace whole A/C system for $4000!! Brought to my mechanic an major service since purchasing there! The first time they tried to tell me I needed to replace whole A/C system for $4000!! Brought to my mechanic and he blew out lines, fixed the problem for a fraction of their estimated cost!!! Back again with inflow and sensor issues. They did not fix the initial problem, stalled out on highway- THREE tows and $260 in the whole to bring BACK and I’m being quoted over $1000 dollars for something that should be covered under warranty and my battery all of a sudden doesn’t work!!!! Service center agents are condescending and apathetic. I feel they think I have no idea about cars and are trying to railroad me!!! Customer service in general is below satisfactory!!! I had to come back to the dealership because my service was done incorrectly on more than one occasion! There was no apology or sense of urgency to fix anything just a ridiculous quote! The issue on my vehicle is still not fully resolved after 2 visits and they don’t care if they fix it or I take it somewhere else! I’ve been with this dealership for 20+ years, however under this new management it has gone downhill! I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Nissan of Saint Augustine again 😤 More
