Terrible service department Worst experience at a Nissan dealership I have ever had. I have had Nissans for past 15 years. Went to this dealership for oil change/tire rotation an Worst experience at a Nissan dealership I have ever had. I have had Nissans for past 15 years. Went to this dealership for oil change/tire rotation and to fix my squeaking brakes. Brakes have been making noise for couple months. Was told from a different dealership it would take a few hours to fix and they couldn't fit me in. I elected to drop it off at this dealership last night and pick up later today which would give plenty of time. They called first thing this morning which was great. I asked what they did with the brakes. They said they saw nothing and couldn't do anything. I told them it has been going on for awhile. I asked if they test drove it. Was told yes. Went to dealership and specifically asked how they test drove it because the mileage in was same as mileage out. The incompetent women I was dealing with said they drove across the parking lot. I said so maybe they got to 10mph. That wouldn't replicate it. It needs to be at a street speeds. Manger then came to apologize but looked like dear in head lights. I said I would bet it will make noise when I leave. Sure enough, I make a good brake at end of dealership drive and made noise as I said. Will never come back to this place again. More

Prompt, courteous service! Pleasant wait I brought my car into the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that it would take about an hour. I told a salesman that I had work to do and I was directed to a table on which to work. A pleasant salesman, Cedric, began talking to me and we had a most pleasant discussion. This young man made my experience memorable and the time passed very quickly. The car was completed in 45 minutes. I was almost disappointed as I was enjoying the banter with Cedric. When it's time for a new car, I will certainly look for him to be my salesperson. I even took some of his business cards to share with my friends who might be looking for a new vehicle. More
