I worked with with Joel Boeinger originally on an Xterra, he said they couldnt budge on the price, a month later they dropped it $1500 so I contacted them again and worked with James Speiser and Mike Shakowski in finance. At first they couldn't work out the deal I wanted which was fine, they kept trying to push me over my budget (which is why I don't go to dealerships in person to haggle). They were persistent and Mike called and said they worked it out he was holding the truck until 6pm (it was 11am). I even received an email confirmation for the appointment. I left work early to get down there and had a friend drive across town to take me there, halfway through the hour ride I get an email saying the they sold it. Typical underhanded lying car salesmen. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere with more integrity where they won't try to force you to spend more than you want to. More

Pleasant wait I brought my car into the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that it would take about an hour. I told a salesman that I had work to do and I was directed to a table on which to work. A pleasant salesman, Cedric, began talking to me and we had a most pleasant discussion. This young man made my experience memorable and the time passed very quickly. The car was completed in 45 minutes. I was almost disappointed as I was enjoying the banter with Cedric. When it's time for a new car, I will certainly look for him to be my salesperson. I even took some of his business cards to share with my friends who might be looking for a new vehicle. More

After a total loss I had just recently cosigned on a car for my husband when my personal car got totaled. With my rental due back on a Monday i was pressed for time. My insurance company mailed the payoff to my lienholder but they haven't received it to close out my loan. Many companies are will not finance a third loan. I explained my situation and they worked with me to get it done. They got me into a car i didnt go in for but a brand new car that would cost me less money longterm. Very nice staff. Very friendly. Completely unexpected health issues put him in a nursing home. Knowing he had to give up his Nissan was very hard for him. I contacted Nissan of St. Augustine and asked for help. They worked very hard so we could return the vehicle knowing it was still under contract. My mother is 90 and cannot drive. We thank all of the St. Augustine Nissan team for helping make this happen.
