Travel Mike Ivey & Andrea, saved my behind! I was traveling down to do a friends sisters funeral when my Sentra started to act up! First the trunk wouldn’t o Mike Ivey & Andrea, saved my behind! First the trunk wouldn’t open & then my car had problems accelerating... service gave me a huge bill.. but instead I traded it in for a Certified PreOwned Altima. Thank you for saving me!! More

Many times I have found that folks who grow up in the country want you to make your own decision. Being county myself I respect that leave me alone let me look around attitude and with today's information systems available you can bet I have already researched a number of things about the type vehicle I want and what I want on it. So leave me alone and when I'm ready I'll call you. I found that I want you the customer attitude to prevail at this dealership, finally when the time came and I had made up my mind they took real good care of me, by finding the exact vehicle at another location for me and had the vehicle the next day for my sale. Worst Maintenance Dept I have Ever Encountered Do not go to this joint. Nothing but argumentative and zero help to a customer. I've owned 12 to 15 new cars and have never dealt with such a poor s Do not go to this joint. Nothing but argumentative and zero help to a customer. I've owned 12 to 15 new cars and have never dealt with such a poor service department. It started last year when the new car I had purchased from them did not have the plastic retainer installed to keep the metal seat belt clip from sliding down. A minor issue one would think. I made an appointment to get that installed and went in only to be told they'd have to order the part. I told them what the issue was so why drag me over there for nothing if you don't have the part. A wasted trip. I was told I'd be contacted when the part arrived. It never happened. They just blew me off. The service advisor was a Cynthia Benefield. After about 9 months I needed an oil change and some other repair work so insisted this belt retainer be fixed. I'd hoped this lady would not be involved as she was so useless. Only to find out she'd been promoted to the manager of the service department. Apparently at this dealership gross negligence get's one promoted not booted. So I did go in to get it fixed but once again they had to order the part. You see a pattern here? In addition I needed the windshield sprayers adjusted as they were only spraying the lower 1/3 of the windshield. After getting home I saw that the sprayers were not any better. They'd done nothing. I gave up. Fast forward a few weeks I get a call from Ms Benefield about my service visit. I told her my sprayers had not been touched. She proceeded to argue with me. That she had nothing in her paperwork about me requesting that. First of all that's not true. I have the invoice in front of me and it clearly states "Customer states that washer nozzle will not spray upper portion of windshield. So Ms Benefield is clearly lying through her teeth to save face since they did such a poor job. But even if it weren't on the invoice she's implying I am lying and just making the whole thing up to annoy her. Why would I bother lying about something so minor. She tells me she's going to investigate this matter and get back to me. No offer to fix my problem, no apology, just investigate this to cover her behind that she's not at fault here. It's been weeks and of course I've heard nothing back. Pretty standard for this service manager. Not sure how this lady gets away with treating service customers so lousy but apparently she does. If she was my employee she'd be out the door pronto! Needless to say I will NOT be purchasing any further vehicles from St Augustine Nissan nor will I set foot in that dealership for any service work. It would be pointless to do so. Hope I have saved others from wasting their time here. More
