Terrible service, phenomenal waste of time I placed an appointment 6 days prior to the service because I was told on the initial day I couldn’t be helped for an oil change and a slight alignmen I placed an appointment 6 days prior to the service because I was told on the initial day I couldn’t be helped for an oil change and a slight alignment adjustment. My appointment at 7am, arrived 15 beforehand. Was told it’ll be 2.5- 3 hours, oil change half an hour the rest the alignment. Around 8:30 my service advisor Steven tells me they are just now putting oil in my car. So I was. 10am comes around so text him how it’s going so far. About 15 minutes later he walks by and tells me that they will be taking off the rack soon and that they only let certain people work on 370zs. Another 10 min go by and it’s right back up on the rack. Around 10:45 the mechanic parks my car walks the keys in the office and hands the paper work to Steven. As I stand and wait over 10 more minutes for him to stop talking with the other mechanics out where they work on cars. I leave at 11am for my 4 hour stay and drive home and now my alignment pulls in the opposite direction I brought it in for. Gigantic waste of time and can’t even trust their mechanics that are supposedly well trained on those styles of vehicles. More

Lhm was awesome This was the 3 rd Nissan sealer I had been to in a week. They did not take my current car keys as hostage as the others did.
