I bought the $99 maintenance package which I’ve been happy with. Claudio Zamudio was quick to greet me and was Very helpful throughout the appointment. It was quick too! My only complaint is that the complimentary car wash has been unavailable for my last 3 appointments, which is one of the reasons I bought the package in the 1st place. Everything else is good! More

Vehicle was broken into While at their Technicians home This is the worst service I have ever had. They never return phone calls and refuse to help solve issue.I have tried calling several times, no return This is the worst service I have ever had. My truck broken into at Nissan Technicians home and I was informed they are not responsible. Paul did not want to help me since their insurance co said they needed the receipts he informed me to have my insurance agent call him. He is very Rude. Still as of today 2-13-20 waiting for a phone call. Incident happened on 1-17-20. More
