I bought the $99 maintenance package which I’ve been happy with. Claudio Zamudio was quick to greet me and was Very helpful throughout the appointment. It was quick too! Paul and Chris are all about excellent service and customer satisfaction. Two difficult repair jobs on a 2001 Nissan Sentra were done as good or better than new. Amazing. Vehicle was broken into While at their Technicians home This is the worst service I have ever had. My truck broken into at Nissan Technicians home and I was informed they are not responsible. Paul did not want to help me since their insurance co said they needed the receipts he informed me to have my insurance agent call him. He is very Rude. Still as of today 2-13-20 waiting for a phone call. Incident happened on 1-17-20. More
