I would give no stars if I could. I just talked to the assistant manager who called me an angry person. I came in for service for my 2017 Nissan I purchased a gold bumper to bumper warranty I guess the ca assistant manager who called me an angry person. I walked in an was greeted by a young fellow who when I asked, refused to wear his mask. I watched through the window and the service tech also did not wear a mask, sweat and spit were undoubtedly going all over my car. I was there for 7hours, and they had no water, the vending machine was out of order, and when I asked for a loaner vehicle, he said actually the loaner is having it's breaks worked on, CDC guidelines recommend masks to stop the spread of covid 19. This dealership is a problem, I regret purchasing a vehicle from Larry h Miller. They are difficult to deal with, saying I should not be an internet warrior, and perhaps not be so angry with the very poor service I received...car is still broken, please go to a different dealer More
I had lost confidence in dealership service center and had gone to a new one for me for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised! The service department was great! And they solved my car problem. Chad in service was great! He really helped me in all aspects while my car was being serviced he even got me a loaner car as my car needed to stay there for a few days. Service advisor Chad was awesome. But the mechanics don't clean after themself. Mechanic left grease/oil on the exterior and interior of my vehicle.
