I'm only giving this dealership 2 stars because I really like my vehicle and our sales agent Jasmine was very nice. Although she did not disclose all of the info needed for us to make an informed purchase. like my vehicle and our sales agent Jasmine was very nice. Carlos Aguilar has a very pleasant personality but he is a fast talker and does NOT explain the contract in detail. He will add unrequested contracts and additions to the contract and claim he told you about them when questioned later. That is not a good look for the dealership. People come there to purchase vehicles. No need for fast talk, padding contracts and deniability. We feel taken advantage of and will NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!! More

I drop my 2021 Nissan Titan last Wednesday because have some problems with shifting from park to drive I call few times to trenda Garcia service advisor for a update never answered live a few messages she some problems with shifting from park to drive I call few times to trenda Garcia service advisor for a update never answered live a few messages she never call me back I decided to go to the dealer on Saturday and they said truck is ready but didn’t fix the problem when a get to my truck I noticed that diagnostic computer cable was holding on the floor technician leave a mess also customer service is very poor everybody looks like they have a bad day More
