Delightful experience at Nissan with Karly. As usual my experience with the service department was great. I have been bringing both of my Nissans to this service department for at least 5 year As usual my experience with the service department was great. I have been bringing both of my Nissans to this service department for at least 5 years. I have never had a problem with the service department. They have always been courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. After seeing many other service departments, I am amazed at the cleanliness of the entire service area. Great Service by Karly Nissan has always given me fantastic service, but Karly Nielsen really stands out. She helped me set up an appointment and got the filter needed for Nissan has always given me fantastic service, but Karly Nielsen really stands out. She helped me set up an appointment and got the filter needed for my car. She kept me fully informed of the price and what would be done for my car. When it appeared that I would need additional work done, she explained it all to me and told me that it was best to get it done sooner rather than later. She gave me her card and told me to call if I needed any more assistance. No one has ever done that before. More
