Way to go team I was so relieved to find such a great dealership to fiance me.i had saved and worked on my credit for 2 years and nissan made it so easy for me.3 mon I was so relieved to find such a great dealership to fiance me.i had saved and worked on my credit for 2 years and nissan made it so easy for me.3 months later somebody totaled my brand new car and not only took my car but my job as well i am an uber driver and i was crushed because i loved my job and my new car.after a week i was depressed and desperate to get another car and my job back .i spoke with johnny lamb and with the help of the finace people i was able to get another vehicle and for a lower a payment.i was so happy ...until that car got totaled out 1 month later.now i was really upset i went in the next day just about in tears and again johnny lamb to the rescue he put me in a bright red car with no money down .and i was in a more expensive car and working the next day. Didn't feel cornered Been shopping for a while for a new car. Wanted to test drive extensively first and check out the interior to see if a particular model suits our need Been shopping for a while for a new car. Other dealers in the area were too pushy, asking way too many questions, intrusive and if we say we are not buying today, right at this moment, we are still in the beginning of our research, they would either lose interest and cut the drive short or get desperate. Dave Parsons at this Nissan dealer was a different experience. He took the time to look for a similar model (3 row Rogue), drive us to a satellite yard so I can get a feel of the car even though I was specific in stating that I am not buying this day. The talk of price was left at the very end so I can concentrate on getting the right model and configuration, even if it has to be swapped with another dealer. I appreciate being given the time to think about my purchase and so far I and my wife have been happy with it. Nissan of Elk Grove lost our business in 5 minutes for being too pushy. Honda of Elk Grove cut my wife's test drive when we said that we are still considering other cars. Folsom Lake Honda annoyed the heck out of me by blowing up my phone and having multiple managers try to get to talk numbers. Maita Mazda, Maita Subaru, Elk Grove Subaru and Roseville Subaru were noteworthy for not being pushy and desperate, would have considered them too but a 3 row small SUV is not part of their line up. More

Not only did they service our vehicle right away, but they kept my wife informed throughout the procedure. I talked to Tammi when I called and she was friendly and knowledgeable as well. They replaced the rear shocks n/c and washed and cleaned the inside of the vehicle. There customer service went above and beyond my expectations. We had a chrysler 300 that got 12 miles per gallon, We bought our Altima there and now we get close to 40. Thanks for the money saving and the experience. Good Job! More
