I have to admit, the customer service I received from Jonathan and Andy was top notch. I can be pretty difficult to work with, but these guys knew their stuff and had me in my new Pathfinder in no time. Jonathan and Andy was top notch. I gave this dealership a call for an all weather floor mats for my 2008 Nissan Frontier NISMO Crew Cab. Terry had no sales or customer service etiquette at all. His attitude sounded as if I was botherin mats for my 2008 Nissan Frontier NISMO Crew Cab. Terry had no sales or customer service etiquette at all. His attitude sounded as if I was bothering him. It sounded as if he was sighing the whole time we were talking. He failed to introduce himself first of all, I had to ask after he gave me a high quote. Side note, on my first call I had to hang up while I was on hold so that I can answer another call. As far as I'm concerned as a customer, that really should not matter. I did apologize when I called back but his demeanor was the same from before. Im just sick and tired of not getting quality customer service, especially on a Saturday. Terry sounds like he has been working there too long and is too comfortable. He needs to retrain for customer service 101. This is the same dealership where I bought my truck from and if not for the "cool" dealer that sold me my truck I would not go back. When they were writing up my invoice they managed to bumped my interest rate to 6%, different to what we shook hand to. I had to stop them and said "If the interest rate is like that NO THANK YOU" They rethought their strategy and gave me the rate I qualified for, which was 3.99%. This was August of 2008. More

If I could, and I will try, to take back this automobile. Now I know why car salesmen are considered sleazebags. I will never buy a car from ANY dealer ever again, as long as I live!! More

Purchased a Nissan Altima. First salesman nice enough, but when you don't want any options or when in the middle of negotiating, you will be redirected with a very hard sell manager, who is quick with the but when you don't want any options or when in the middle of negotiating, you will be redirected with a very hard sell manager, who is quick with the "shell game" of fluffing prices. This was the most frustrating experience. Finance manager Kenjan not helpful and also has quick answers that do not necessarily fully answer your questions in a helpful manner. Never will stop here again. I did get a good price after having to deal with all of this though. Will not even return for service of vehicle. More
