Went into dealeship the next day. It was the coldest, most lifeless dealership I have ever been to. The next day, I called and spoke to Ryan about another car. He worked up some figures, called me and gave them to me. I asked if he could talk to Sales Manager about the finance charge (3.99% offered first, then went to 4.29%) and email me back. He never did. I called and spoke to Ryan again. He apologized for not getting back to me and I asked that he email me all the info and figures so I could look them over before coming down there. He stated he would do it or have someone else do it right away. I never heard back from him or anybody else at the dealership. I had been trying to work with them for 2 weeks. I have bought a lot of cars in my life and have never, ever had such a bad experience. I will never go back. More

The small monastery I work for was shopping around for new vehicles, Maita Nissan gave us a great deal on 4 NV2500 HD SV with their commerical fiancing. We had shopped around at a few other dealers and ha new vehicles, Maita Nissan gave us a great deal on 4 NV2500 HD SV with their commerical fiancing. We had shopped around at a few other dealers and had decided on a Nissan due to the combination of the high roof option and payload- the interior is huge and has lots of tie down points and makes it easy to secure and move of all types of cargo. The NV2500 HD SV fit the bill and the deal that Jonathan and Andy gave us could not be beat by any other dealerships. More

I have to admit, the customer service I received from Jonathan and Andy was top notch. I can be pretty difficult to work with, but these guys knew their stuff and had me in my new Pathfinder in no time. Jonathan and Andy was top notch. I gave this dealership a call for an all weather floor mats for my 2008 Nissan Frontier NISMO Crew Cab. Terry had no sales or customer service etiquette at all. His attitude sounded as if I was botherin mats for my 2008 Nissan Frontier NISMO Crew Cab. Terry had no sales or customer service etiquette at all. His attitude sounded as if I was bothering him. It sounded as if he was sighing the whole time we were talking. He failed to introduce himself first of all, I had to ask after he gave me a high quote. Side note, on my first call I had to hang up while I was on hold so that I can answer another call. As far as I'm concerned as a customer, that really should not matter. I did apologize when I called back but his demeanor was the same from before. Im just sick and tired of not getting quality customer service, especially on a Saturday. Terry sounds like he has been working there too long and is too comfortable. He needs to retrain for customer service 101. This is the same dealership where I bought my truck from and if not for the "cool" dealer that sold me my truck I would not go back. When they were writing up my invoice they managed to bumped my interest rate to 6%, different to what we shook hand to. I had to stop them and said "If the interest rate is like that NO THANK YOU" They rethought their strategy and gave me the rate I qualified for, which was 3.99%. This was August of 2008. More

If I could, and I will try, to take back this automobile. Now I know why car salesmen are considered sleazebags. I will never buy a car from ANY dealer ever again, as long as I live!! More
