Was looking for just an S version but Joseph did a very good job explaining the capabilities of a Pro-4X model and came walking out the dealership with the Pro-4x model instead. Yeah! Joseph's excellent customer service and expertise in cars was top notch, no doubt. Would definitely recommend Mr. Vo to anyone who's in the market for a Nissan. Thanks again Joseph! Excellent Customer Service I came in for service and Joseph helped me with my car rental. He was very knowledgable of all the different car options and was extremely helpful an I came in for service and Joseph helped me with my car rental. He was very knowledgable of all the different car options and was extremely helpful and personable. He took his time, showing me all the different functions and buttons on the rental and made sure I was comfortable driving it. At the end of my experience he thanked me for being a customer and even helped me secure my baby car seat into the rental. Now that's excellent customer service! More

Overall pleasant experience! Yes, it is definitely a dealership I would recommend. I chose this location instead of dealership within walking distance of my home, because the UBER Yes, it is definitely a dealership I would recommend. I chose this location instead of dealership within walking distance of my home, because the UBER consultant listed is female, and turned out to be very astute in her position! When I arrived for my appointment Kristiana was still working with earlier customer, but she had a very capable co-worker, consultant that was able to get my Uber leading process going and pretty much handled every detail, up to signing lease papers! Natural personality of Johnny Lam, helped to make process pleasant! Ladies, ask for him. But yes, even if getting into my vehicle took an extra day, pleasant overall adventure! Thanks to both of them! Was curious, if the UBER lease experience was easier, as oppose to buying, most likely! More
