I stopped by to get my Infiniti G35 serviced and also to have the bottom of my car checked (there has been a scraping sound whenever I drive that I couldn't quite put my finger on). Joe was a thorough professional and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He didn't use verbiage I didn't understand (which was much appreciated) and I completely felt at ease when my car was returned.
