Not only do I receive excellent care from Joseph, I also get very good deals on the car I am buying. The first time I can say that I enjoyed the car buying experience was when I bought my first car from Joseph. He made me feel welcome, and he seemed to really make sure that I got the best deal he could provide. I made very good deals on all 3 Nissans I bought from him, and he ensured that I got the exact cars I wanted. I didn't have to scrimp on anything. I would (and do) recommend that any one looking to buy a new car come and see Joseph Vo. I can guarantee that any more cars I may buy in the future will be from Joseph. More

I stopped by to get my Infiniti G3 I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service given by Joe Vo, Sales Manager at Nissan of Sacramento. I stopped by to get my Infiniti G35 serviced and also to have the bottom of my car checked (there has been a scraping sound whenever I drive that I couldn't quite put my finger on). Joe was a thorough professional and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He didn't use verbiage I didn't understand (which was much appreciated) and I completely felt at ease when my car was returned. I usually dread bringing in my car anywhere but after such a pleasant experience, I will definitely not be afraid to come back! More

The place to go to get your Nissan The lease on my 2013 Nissan Altima was due in 2 months so I dropped by Nissan of Sacramento to explore my options although I was leaning towards keepi The lease on my 2013 Nissan Altima was due in 2 months so I dropped by Nissan of Sacramento to explore my options although I was leaning towards keeping my car since it had very low mileage and has been kept very well maintained. I was met at the door by Jason who was very accommodating even though I told him that I wanted to speak to a finance person to discuss purchasing the car I already had. He introduced me to his Sales Manager Joseph Vo who was also helpful and did not at all try to pressure sell anything and provided information and quotes I requested. I told them I had to leave to attend to other errands for the day and scheduled to return on a later date. Fast forward to Tuesday March 15 which was the day I said I would come back and still planning to push through will the plan to buy my 2013 Altima, although open to other options I again dealt with Jason and Joseph who provided me a great deal of help in deciding to get a 2016 Altima instead. Amid all the back and fort negotiations on the price, I never felt being forced into something I didn't want or need. At the end of the day I knew I got the best deal possible and service surpassing expectations for a car dealership. I would definitely recommend going to Nissan of Sacramento and look for Jason Su for a professional and friendly car buying experience. More
