Fastest service EVER! I had gotten into a car accident days before I walked into this dealership. I was pregnant, and working full time at the time so I did not have time t I had gotten into a car accident days before I walked into this dealership. I was pregnant, and working full time at the time so I did not have time to waste. I walked into the dealership and was automatically greeted by Fred, the salesman. He asked if he could help me and I told him my situation. I had bad credit and I wanted a white Murano. Not wasting anytime, he pulled out a Murano for me to test drive. It drive like butter I tell you!! He then took me into a private area and got all the information needed to get me an approval. Then Joseph came out to greeted me, and made sure I was comfortable. I told him I was probably gonna get hungry and that I just wanted to leave ASAP. He said he would have the car ready for me to drive off with in 30mins and BAM! Before I knew it, I was driving out the lot with a brand new car. Joseph totally made it happen!! LOVE THEM!!! More

Esteban has been my service advisor for years, I followed him from Future in Roseville to his new home with Sac Nissan because he is honest, trustworthy, ethical and doesn't nickle and dime you, he helps you get the most out of your dollar when it comes to servicing your vehicle. He truly LOVES all things auto and it shows in his work. He's serviced my Ford, Toyota and now my new 2018 Maxima SL!! It doesn't matter the make or model, he knows his stuff. He even advises me on body work and how to save dollars. I brought my Rav in for an oil change and mentioned it was time for a new car. He referred me to Fred, who stayed patient and kind, answering ALL my questions as I drove him nuts for 2 weeks debating leasing, buying, new, used, certified used, cars on different lots, comparing online pricing, KBB estimates... I had 2 cars to trade in and they gave me solid values despite minor body damage from fender benders and both cars being over 100k miles. I finally knew my heart was set on a Maxima SL at their other lot so Fred had it driven over for me to inspect. Being a Maxima owner himself, he was VERY knowledgeable about the trim levels and features. He had me at panoramic moonroof! The best part is he was personable and funny, we talked kids, siblings, parents, pets, work, schedules...the works! He truly got to know ME and now I have the perfect car that IS ME. It fits my lifestyle and my badass unique luxe personality!! More
