Rogue search Knew I wanted a used Nissan Rogue with the AWD but not the full sport package with leather interior, Nissan of Sacramento had what I wanted online so Knew I wanted a used Nissan Rogue with the AWD but not the full sport package with leather interior, Nissan of Sacramento had what I wanted online so I called and Fred reserved it for me to test drive. He was easy going, attentive to my concerns about minor issues with the car and got them fixed immediately. They made me a fair deal on my trade in and the price of the new car with accessories I needed. My only issue was the time it took for finance stuff to come through as there were multiple sales people around that evening making deals but Jason was the only person in the finance department and you can’t expect one person to help three people at the same time. But it was well worth the wait, in the end I got what I wanted and the people were amazing to work with. More

No Better Dealership Anywhere I had been looking for a Scion FR-S in person and on line for several weeks when I found one I loved at Nissan of Sacramento. Because of pressure tac I had been looking for a Scion FR-S in person and on line for several weeks when I found one I loved at Nissan of Sacramento. Because of pressure tactics I previously had encountered at other dealerships, I read all the Nissan reviews to convince me to drive the 70 miles to Sacramento to see the car. As I found their reviews to be very positive in nature, I contacted the dealership on line. I was responded to promptly by Robert Thach who was very kind and who spent time talking with me about the vehicle itself and the budget I desired to stay in. I drove the 70 miles to Sacramento the following day with Robert's promise there would be no ongoing sales pitch and no pressure. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly in the parking lot by Robert who I found to be most knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. I gave him a cash amount I would not go over. With his promise kept of no pressure tactics to purchase the car, an amount was agreed upon within a few minutes. While waiting for Ms. Rodriguez in Finance to become available, Eve Cassel sat with me and conversed in a warm and engaging manner to pass the time. Ms. Rodriguez showed the same courtesy and knowledge while processing my paperwork, and I was shortly out the door with my beautiful Scion FR-S. Throughout all the years I have purchased cars, I have never been treated with more respect, honesty, and forthrightness as I was at Nissan of Sacramento. Robert Thach is a wonderful example of the perfect representative who exhibits integrity in his dealings. And I can't say enough about the lovely nature of Ms. Cassel, and the knowledge presented by C. Rodriguez. These people are the BEST. More

Very Happy Customer I’d already been car shopping for about a month prior to stopping at Nissan of Sacramento. I wasn’t in a big hurry so I had the luxury of waiting for the right deal. As soon as I walked up to the doors at the Nissan of Sacramento showroom, I was kindly greeted by Fred Howell with a genuine smile and offer to help me find what I was looking for. I could immediately tell this was the right time and place. Fred was very knowledgeable about the features I wanted in a vehicle and made sure that he explained how everything the in the 2019 Altima Platinum met or exceeded my checklist. He was very attentive, great at listening and made the entire process easy and very comfortable. There were no high pressure sales tactics or games. I could sense that he truly wanted me to walk away happy having a purchased car that I would really enjoy driving. The financing portion was just as simple. I found them to be extremely fair and reasonable with negotiating my purchase price and the value of my trade-in. I will highly recommend Fred and the Nissan of Sacramento dealership to any of my family members or friends and plan to return there in the future. More
