Very Happy Customer I’d already been car shopping for about a month prior to stopping at Nissan of Sacramento. I wasn’t in a big hurry so I had the luxury of waiting for I’d already been car shopping for about a month prior to stopping at Nissan of Sacramento. I wasn’t in a big hurry so I had the luxury of waiting for the right deal. As soon as I walked up to the doors at the Nissan of Sacramento showroom, I was kindly greeted by Fred Howell with a genuine smile and offer to help me find what I was looking for. I could immediately tell this was the right time and place. Fred was very knowledgeable about the features I wanted in a vehicle and made sure that he explained how everything the in the 2019 Altima Platinum met or exceeded my checklist. He was very attentive, great at listening and made the entire process easy and very comfortable. There were no high pressure sales tactics or games. I could sense that he truly wanted me to walk away happy having a purchased car that I would really enjoy driving. The financing portion was just as simple. I found them to be extremely fair and reasonable with negotiating my purchase price and the value of my trade-in. I will highly recommend Fred and the Nissan of Sacramento dealership to any of my family members or friends and plan to return there in the future. More
