Alan checked the system, saw they had one that I was looking for, and it turned out to be the car for me. We took it for a test drive, got all the paperwork sorted and ready, and he handed us over to Jason for the financial portion of our visit. We felt prioritized during our visit and didn't feel pressured, rushed, abandoned, or misled in any way. They gave us all the information we needed to make the decision ourselves.
