Karly Nielson greeted me after pulling into the service station, confirmed my reservation, and clearly explained the services they were going to complete was going to take up to 2 hours which I expected. She prepped the paperwork, and showed me where I could wait and do my work as well as accessing the complimentary wifi. I was able to get some work done and the repairs were completed in an hour.
