Sacramento Nissan is one Busy place! Overall the experience with the service and parts department is pretty good. Only one time I called to make an appointment. I was put on hold for ten minutes, then was told to called back in fifteen. Owning a business myself, I would never tell a customer to call back in fifteen minutes. I will say the service writers are very nice, and Mike Bessone is a great shuttle driver. Ask him about Formula 1, He is very knowledgeable. I have also worked with the parts department, and they too were very knowledgeable and friendly. More
