The date of purchase was 02/01/2022. Three months after signing the contract, I still don't have the license plate. 3 MONTHS! They sent the paperwork to the DMV on 4/20/22 (2 MONTHS and 20 DAYS LATER). Due to their incompetence, my new car is sitting in the parking lot. They are unable to provide me with a third temporary tag or provide me with a satisfactory solution for this inconvenience. They lie about everything, they don't return your calls, don't give you directions after you buy the car, and act like they are doing you a favor. The signature process was a mess. All the documents were corrected multiple times, with inaccurate information. When I noticed a couple of problems with my car, I asked them to call me when they had the parts and everything was ready to fix it, in order to avoid surprises. However, even making myself clear, they held my car for 5 WEEKS!!!! In the third week, after millions of calls, the owner said he "misspoke" and the parts were never ordered. Nothing was ready when it was supposed to be. As a result of all this mess, I have a new car that I can't use because the documents were not sent in time. Avoid this dealership at all costs! More
