Excellent Customer Service Experience I had an appointment to get my truck service for an oil change in May 2015. Upon my arrival, the service advisor came to my vehicle, greeted me by name and provided me an estimated time that my truck would be ready. The service department is clean, the staff is courteous and professional. When I left the service department, I was escorted to my truck by an employee, wished me a pleasant day, and gave me service coupons that NEVERTHELESS expire. Sharon's tire issues I was having a problem with tire pressure. The gentleman at Nissan put air in the tires and wished me a great day. The very next day the tire pressu I was having a problem with tire pressure. The gentleman at Nissan put air in the tires and wished me a great day. The very next day the tire pressure light came on again. I took the car back to Nissan and they found a puncture in the tire. They fixed the problem right away.
