Giving them a benefit of doubt as this was my first bad experience, and the manager called me personally and apologized. Below is my original review ( I have used the corrected service rep name provided by Brian). Waited 45 minutes for a shuttle to drop-off. No one seemed bothered about a customer waiting in the lobby for no reason. It did not appear the service representative (Brittany) cared enough to ask around. Had to find and speak to the manager to get a ride to work ( surprisingly the ride got ready in a minute after I complained to the manager!). They did not bother to inform me my car was ready, until I called to check late i the afternoon - this was routine service and I was told would take 1.5 hours (go figure!) . They flat out refused to pick me up from Office (just a few miles) as they don't have a driver ( not again!!!). I had to request a colleague to drop me. But they did charge me the Full price (no discounts for such a terrible customer experience). It also looked like they didn't check all the stuff in their express service ( first time seeing a car dealer NOT checking all brake drums!). Overall they didn't seem to care about the customer, i.e. me. I won't care about them too when it's time to buy the next new car. More

I live in Clarksville and will travel the distance for the amazing service department. Garret always provides me with an explanation of any work that may need to be done and an update when the work is complete. Even if it's just an oil change, Garret goes over any other items that need to be checked on my next visit. I couldn't be more thankful that I have a place I totally trust that I can take my vehicle to for service! More

While driving down the highway, I mentioned how it was a rough ride compared to the Murano and he said he was looking to take it somewhere while he was in town. I called Garret to see if they could look at it even though it wasn't a Nissan and he said no problem. Though it ended up being a bent rim which couldn't be fixed, my boss was impressed was Garret's professionalism and thoroughness of the diagnoses and the willingness to service a non-Nissan. After we left Nissan of Rivergate, he said "I wish my Nissan dealer in Cincinnati was like this one" More

Betsy Newman probably saved my life !! Last night when I left work I noticed some warning lights were lit up on my dashboard - oh well get it checked on the weekend! Haha! Stopped for gas o Last night when I left work I noticed some warning lights were lit up on my dashboard - oh well get it checked on the weekend! Haha! Stopped for gas on the way home and my car would NOT start- this has NEVER happened before and I have a 2008 Altima coupe! The brake pedal had no give and there were lights lit up on my dashboard that I had never seen before - starting to panic and after a couple minutes of jamming on the brake pedal my car started! I knew I had to make it to Nissan of Rivergate for them to tell me what was wrong! I made it there at 5:00pm and thank God Betsy Newman my favorite service adviser was on duty! Within 10 minutes she knew what the problem was (brake switch) soI had driven there without brake lights! They had the part there and she got one of the service guys to stay over to replace the part for me! I was out of there by 6:00 pm! What outstanding service! My car is just fine now -so thanks again for having such wonderful and caring employees in your service department - wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for service on my car ! Diane C More

Our salesman directed our future issues to Angela Perry, customer service owner loyalty rep. We met with Angela and found her very helpful and just as friendly as one could hope for. We scheduled service for the following week. The day before our appointment, a serious family emergency required us to go out of state. We contacted Angela for reschedule and she was as accommodating as she was concerned about our family emergency. We finally got our Juke in for service and it went smooth as could be. Angela arranged for us to have a loaner for the day. She again asked how we were doing regarding the family emergency. Rivergate Nissan is very fortunate to have such a great customer service rep on their team. Dennis & Debbie P More
