I used to go to Action Nissan off Thompson Lane in Nashville, TN but they could never duplicate my problem or so they say. I was advised to take my car to Nissan of Rivergate and the first time I took my car they took care of all my concerns. Not only did they address my current concerns but they found previous unfinished work by Action Nissan body shop..Boy oh Boy you would think if you take your car to the dealer where you originally purchased it, that they would take care of you, THINK AGAIN!! I could have taken by car to anything body shop for the service I received from Action body shop. I would like to thank Glenn Hartley for personally introducing himself on my first visit there, listening to my concerns and taking them seriously. I will also like to thank the two seasoned technicians that worked diligently on my car the several times it was there. One being, Thomas Adams, for this last trip at Rivergate. He went over my car top to bottom and inside and out even taking care of concerns I had no idea about. Garret Daniel, service advisor, took care of me as well. I would like to thank Calvin, my old service advisor, who also was involved in this successful attempt to get down to the problems of my 2010 maxima. Thanks!!! More
When I take my Maxima in for service, Kim always has a smile on her face and is so helpful and pleasant. The service guys are always very helpful and seem to really care about me as a customer. After purchasing a used 04 used Nissan Quest from and independent car lot I decided to bring it to Rivergate Nissan to have an Oil change. While there they discovered a few problems over a course of abou independent car lot I decided to bring it to Rivergate Nissan to have an Oil change. While there they discovered a few problems over a course of about a week. Everytime we noticed something else they brought me rignt in and would start working on my van. I have to say if I would have known the kind of service I was going to get I probably would have gotten a nissan sooner (not that I likr handing money over or haaving to have a vehicle worked on.) What got me was that I was treated with respecr and like I had been going there for years. Garrett went above and beyond the call of duty. Glen was amazing as well to even share a personal story to show me exactly what ihad bought. Kuddos to the service department. More
I brought my Frontier in because I saw that there was a recall on the news. I called and asked for an appointment and they got me in right away. While I was there I figured I might as well go ahead and g recall on the news. I called and asked for an appointment and they got me in right away. While I was there I figured I might as well go ahead and get an oil change since I was almost due and the price was actually less than what I had been paying at Firestone! They got me done and out quick and treated me like I should have been treated. I really appreciated the friendly people and the fact that it was a no hassle experience. I was concerned about trying this dealership because of their reputation and other reviews I read. I live 30 miles away and have delt with multiple other dealerships, but haven't found one that I consider their reputation and other reviews I read. I was told they're under new management and things were different so I drove the distance. I have to say, my car was inspected and I didn't feel ripped of. They told me what I NEEDED to have done and what could wait. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me and received my car back happily repaired! I WILL be going back. We went o this dealer to repair our 93 Maxima. It was overheating and had burst the radiator. It was around fifty dollars just to check our car out, but the price would be deducted form the repairs if w overheating and had burst the radiator. They said that the problem was that the radiator had busted. I asked them if they were sure because I thought the radiator burst due to the car overheating. They stated that they were sure. We paid 400 for the job and no sooner than we drove the car 12 miles down the road, it overheated again. We carried the car back to the dealership, and told them the problem, and they said that it would cost another 50 dollars to check the car again. I argued because that is the reason we brought the car in the first place. The service manager still refused to check the car again, so I had to complain to a manager inside the dealership. Finally, they supposedly did another check on my car and said that the head was cracked and quoted over 2000.00. The was not a estimate handwritten on a piece paper in lieu of a computer printout. I was very angry and took my car to a local mechanic who checked the car and said that it was the water pump. Price was 400.00 but included the changing of the timing belt. I will NEVER go to Hays Nissan again. More
Beware, this service manager tried to pull a fast one on me. I asked when I called about my problem if this would be covered under the extended warranty and he said he would check. He also offered me a courtesy service over the phone for my trouble, but surprise I did not receive this either. This is Rivergate Nissan now and they will no longer get my business. More
