Nissan of Rivergate - Service Center

Excellent overall dealership experience I purchase a vehicle (new) from this dealer in 2013 and was 100% satisfied with the entire purchasing process. I have since used the service/parts dep I purchase a vehicle (new) from this dealer in 2013 and was 100% satisfied with the entire purchasing process. I have since used the service/parts department numerous times for multiple vehicles and have been 100% satisfied with the service organization as well. I had the misfortune of needing to also use the body shop to recover from a serious wreck and, again, was 100% satisfied with this arm of the business. It is not often you find a dealership that exceeds expectations across the board. This is definitely one of those rare unicorns and should be seriously considered for all your automotive needs!. Outstanding Service This was my second service experience at Nissan of Rivergate. The service I have received thus far has been outstanding. I was very comfortable while This was my second service experience at Nissan of Rivergate. The service I have received thus far has been outstanding. I was very comfortable while waiting for my vehicle, and the time I had to wait was only 30-45 minutes. At my prior dealership it was not uncommon to be there around 2 hours or more. When I checked out, I was shocked to learn the total of the bill, as it was much less than anticipated. I inquired, and the cashier let me know that there was a promotion going on that would have expired before my next service, so they applied it to my bill. Needless to say, I will continue to complete all my service needs here. More
