Professional, courteous service I can not believe it has been 17 months since I drove my Nissan Rogue out if the Nissan Rivergate Parking lot. From Larry the sales agent to the serv I can not believe it has been 17 months since I drove my Nissan Rogue out if the Nissan Rivergate Parking lot. From Larry the sales agent to the service crew to the accounting staff, I have enjoyed courteous, transparent and very professional service from this dealership. The service repair crew have been very exceptional. They are timely, explains details of repair or what is needed and allow you to decide if you want it or not. Even when I do not make appointments and just drive in for oil change, they have been very unselfishly accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Fantastic , Friendly, Family I have lived in Madison, Tn for 5 years this is the only Dealership I will trust with my Xterra(2004). First off they know me and my car , when you c I have lived in Madison, Tn for 5 years this is the only Dealership I will trust with my Xterra(2004). First off they know me and my car , when you can walk into a dealer and they can address you by either your Sir name or first name that is a big plus for me, when I think of how many people they service but they took the time to get to know me ,that makes my day, The service is he best in town second to none. I mainly work with Betsy( she is a doll very sweet) however Garret and JR. are fantastic as well. When you go into the waiting room don't be surprised if you bump into Keaton who's main job is to keep you happy and satisfied while you wait on your vehicle he is always ready to bring you popcorn or water just to make you stay the best it could be. Are you ready to leave well the girls who give you your paperwork couldn't be nicer they let you know the services you've had done the cost and even let you know if you have any monies from your " Nissan of Rivergate Rewards Card".( if you don't have one apply for it on your next visit this card has saved me money on all my visits) Getting into your car? They have kept it clean by putting in floor mats I tell you you couldn't ask for better service. I must give thanks to Glenn( Service Manager) for putting together such a FANTASTIC team that I am a part of. I'm just one of the family to them from Glenn to Betsy to Linda to Garret to JR to Keaton. So if I where you the only place I would take my car in the State of Tn is Nissan of Rivergate. Nissan of Rivergate has totally changed my opinion of car dealership s When something or someone is exceptional, I believe it should be acknowledged. Nissan of Rivergate has totally changed my opinion of car dealership service departments. They have clearly held on to the old school value that “the customer comes first.” Recently, in the middle of the city’s snowstorm, I found myself (and my dog) stranded at a gas station. I was frantic. I called the service department and spoke with Glen Hartley, who told me what to do, and what to do in case that suggested solution did not work. He took all FIVE of my frantic phone calls without me sensing any frustration on his part. He clearly realized what a woman stranded may feel. To make a long story short, I made it into the service department and was even allowed to take my small dog into the customer lounge. Frankly, I thought we were going to have to wait outside in the cold. My problem was addressed and I left with a sense of confidence that my car, my dog, and myself were in good hands. I have even recommended this service department to people who don’t own Nissans. Thank you, Mr. Hartley and all the folks in the service department. More
