Juke Service- Rivergate Nissan Service Team is on Point Need to have my Juke service (due to recall notice) with my hectic work schedule I was not able to really make an appointment. I received a call from Need to have my Juke service (due to recall notice) with my hectic work schedule I was not able to really make an appointment. I received a call from Nissan Rivergate concerning another matter but before ending the call I mention my recall notice and ask if I could bring it in to have it serviced. The person I spoke with told me to come on and they would take care of it. On the NOTICE it stated that it would at least 2 to 3 hours..(only vehicle so I would have to wait). I arrived at the Service Center with my gadget and at this point I decide to go ahead and have the oil changed and tires rotated. This is the good part within an 1 hr. and 20 min give or take a few minutes I was back on the road. For me this was Excellent...( I did not have appointment). Each time I have taken my car for servicing I have had nothing but Excellent service. More

I remembered that I was treated very professionally and the people were very friendly and helpful. Now that I own my own Nissan truck, I find that the same can be said for the department today.
