Was not looking for a Nissan when I went car shopping, but after going in to the store James stuck with me till we found a car I was comfortable with. Since I wasn't buying new there were a lot of options but after going in to the store James stuck with me till we found a car I was comfortable with. They had Altimas to Volkswagons I drove 3 different cars before settling on the 2006 Altima. Making the deal was the easiest part. James was very accomodating and there was no game playing. Here's my offer, here is what I can do then we settled on a price and the deal was done. Paper work was fast and I was out the door in a couple of hours. We went shopping for a new vehicle with a good idea as to what we had in mind. We wanted an affordable, high MPG vehicle, for our teenage daughter to replace an older car that she had been driving. With her going into college we wanted her to have a new vehicle with a warranty. We had intended to purchase a Nissan Versa but found that it just wasn't going to work for my daughter since the seat was too low for her to have good visibility when driving. We had considered the Nissan Sentra but had been more intersted in the Nissan Versa due to price. James spent a good deal of time with us to find the right car that was within the price range we had requested. He allowed us to take the time to look at quite a few vehicles without pushing us toward one or another. There was absolutely no feeling of a "bait and switch" or any other tactic going on to persuade us into a vehicle that would not have suited our needs. Once we found the right vehicle Darren assisted with working out the final deal. This was probably the easiest car purchase I have ever made. There was no lengthy haggling over the numbers. I knew what I wanted for my trade, final purhcase price, and monthly payment. A couple offers / counter-offers were made and I feel that we arrived at a very fair deal that didn't require hours of negotiation to get there. Again, this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. More

After purchasing a used 04 used Nissan Quest from and independent car lot I decided to bring it to Rivergate Nissan to have an Oil change. While there they discovered a few problems over a course of abou independent car lot I decided to bring it to Rivergate Nissan to have an Oil change. While there they discovered a few problems over a course of about a week. Everytime we noticed something else they brought me rignt in and would start working on my van. I have to say if I would have known the kind of service I was going to get I probably would have gotten a nissan sooner (not that I likr handing money over or haaving to have a vehicle worked on.) What got me was that I was treated with respecr and like I had been going there for years. Garrett went above and beyond the call of duty. Before coming to this dealership I went to another Nissan dealership in the area where I was pressured to pay outside of my comfort zone and they gave me less for my trade. When I came to Nissan of Rivergate dealership in the area where I was pressured to pay outside of my comfort zone and they gave me less for my trade. When I came to Nissan of Rivergate, they didn't pressure me at all and were able to get me a payment that I was comfortable right away. This is now the second car I've purchased here and both times I've had a great experience. More
