I'm a single female. Buying a car can be one of the most stressful time because you are not sure if you will be taken advantage of during the buying process. I had already been to the Nissan dealer in Galla stressful time because you are not sure if you will be taken advantage of during the buying process. I had already been to the Nissan dealer in Gallatin. The sales rep was nice. However, the manager was pushy and seemed only interested in saleing a car. I live in Gallatin and had hoped to buy my next car there because the service department would be closer. I went to Nissan of Rivergate because they had serviced my Nissan Altima four years before and I had liked the service. From the moment I walked on the lot it was a wonderful experience. David Carpenter is the best sales rep you have. He made my sister and me totally at ease and appeared to be in no hurry; this was about 7:30 at night. He showed us the Rogue's available. Unfortunately, there wasn't a Rogue in the color I wanted. David jumped in the golf cart and took us to the back lot to see if there were any new deliveries. He knew the Rogue well and was albe to demonstrate all of the various elements available. Most of all he was not pushy,listened to what I wanted and had to say. There was one potential on the lot. He was very understanding when I told him I would return with other family to get their opinion and make a decision. I bet he didn't think I would come back. I know car salesmen hear this many times each day. I returned Saturday with the whole family. David remembered my name. Most impressive is he remembered my father's name(I had only said it once). The process of finding the Rogue I wanted took a while. I think the sale's manager and office staff called every dealer that boarders the state of Tenessee. While we waited, someone had grilled grilled hamburgers and hotdogs for us to eat. The customer service is awesome!!! The lady sales manager (I misplaced her card)kept giving us updates and telling me what they had found. Her explaination of the finance options focused on makeing sure I understood the options and was comfortable with them. Great JOB. To my amazement, A red Rogue with my specifications was found and would be delivered by the next day! Signing the paper work was a smooth process. Justin Andrelski reviewed the paperwork and explained additional options available; all the while helping me keep an eye on the bottom line. He was obviously knew what he was talking about and was at ease explaining the details: no matter how many times he was asked to repeat them!!! I returned on Sunday to pick-up my Rogue. David gave my family and me a complete tour of the service, parts and other departments at the dealership. He scheduled my first oil change with the service department while I was there. I have bought 3 other cars. This is the first time a salesperson has taken the time to go over the owners manuel and demonstrate the various aspects of operation of the automobile. To David Carpenter: David your patience know no limits!!!! If your ears have burned in the last week, it is because we have sang your praises and recommended you to everyone we know. Dealership has great customer service. Very knowledgable salespeople who know their inventory and can give a variety of options. Everyone in my family shops at this dealership and this is the second car I'v salespeople who know their inventory and can give a variety of options. I arrived at Nissan of Rivergate and Dwayne Brock took great care of me and helped to find me the car I wanted. I was able to buy a new car with all options I wanted for just a little more than the used great care of me and helped to find me the car I wanted. We were looking for a certain kind of Titan truck and Brandion told us he was new and did not know all about the truck inventory yet. He asked Phillip for help in the matter. We returned on Monday and purchased the truck. Brandon gave us a tour of the service dept. which was very helpful. The finance dept.was very informative. The truck was washed and ready to take home in a matter of minutes....yes...we will recommend all our friends to shop at Rivergate Nissan for allllll their needs! More

I took my car in for routine oil change service. They were offering Ladies day special 1/2 price of oil change plus free manicure and goodie bag. Kim in the office/check out area was spectacular! My short oil change and check the rattle in my sunroof turned into a 5 hour ordeal. Jeff was kind through the process but tried to say my sunroof rattle was because it was not a factory product even after seeing the new window sticker from when I purchased the car. He had the service manager take a look. Everything was corrected in due time and the service manager was exceptionally helpful. My trust and confidence in Jeff has been greatly compromised. More
