I have purchased 2 brand new Nissans from Nissan of Rivergate in the past, just bought my 3rd this weekend, a sweet 2012 Titan Pro 4x! I worked with Rodney and Dwayne in sales, I have actually dealt with Rodney on my last 2 purchases and like my prior 2 visits I was greeted with smiling faces, kind and courteous professionals ready to get the job done! I got exactly what I wanted for my trade, they gave me a great deal on the new Titan and got my payments where I needed them. And thank you Dwayne for getting my front tag off my old Titan that I thought was lost forever! Thanks to Barbera and Kim in the finance dept for working up a sweet deal and going above and beyond by running my numbers again to get me a lower payment and better interest rate, without me even asking! Overall, no matter what dept you deal with at this dealership, you will be pleased! Thanks again to Rodney, Dwayne, Barbera and Kim, you guys are awesome! More

Worst experience we've ever had. I questioned the price given to me on a 2013 Altima SV by Rodney and he got mad, almost shouting how I was questioning his integrity, then the got up and stormed out, leavi given to me on a 2013 Altima SV by Rodney and he got mad, almost shouting how I was questioning his integrity, then the got up and stormed out, leaving my wife and I sitting there with the salesman who didn't say a thing. The manager came up and asked what was going on and as I tried to explain, he said he saw what happend and defended Rodney, as I was questioning his integrity. I said what kind of professional would treat their customers like that. I told him the deal was off and walked out. As I walked outside, Rodney said something to me and I told him he was a really professional. He told be to get the "xxxx" out of there. I told him as the manager walked outside that I couldn't wait to write a review on the way we were treated and the lack of professionalism that was displayed. What a class act dealership (sarcasim). (1 out of 10, it is a "0" if not a -1) Went to another dealership where we were treated in a respectful manner (in Gallatin) and will be doing my buisness there in the future. More
UPDATED: I spoke with Martin the day after the lapse in communnication occured. He was very helpful and I believe he tried to get a deal together. He volunteered to have my car looked at free of charge at another dealership(mine is not a Nissan so he is covering the cost of my car at another dealership) FIrst of all for someone to go above and beyond like that is unreal to me. I am greatly appreciative of that. If you want to get treated with good customer service and honesty, deal with these guys. THanks again for going above and beyond. It actually restores some faith in car dealerships. INTIAL POST: I went to this dealership in hopes they could help me get the car I found on thier site. I spoke to the finance lady first to see if it was even an option with my credit score. She said she could probably get a better deal and get the GM involved to handle the deal personally. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED. I went to the dealership I was passed off to some saleman (who was really nice) However as soon as they saw my credit score they acted all surprised and all of a sudden there was nothing they could do. I was not wrong about my score, I knew I had a mess of negative equity. I just needed help buying a new car. I was told 3 times that I would get a call back on the deal and it would get handeled; and I have yet to recieve the call. SO I called the GM to get him on board and I was put on hold repeatedly and then was told "he must not be here or he has gone home" I really wish car dealerships were in it for all customers instead of the money they want to make. I understand it takes money to run a business but I should have been told up front there was nothing they could do. I feel very taken advantage of by this dealership. More

I bought a 2012 Frontier and Angela took the time to show me what every button was for,and an all around tour of the truck. I felt comfortable with her too. I have never had a car saleman or sales woman so wonderful to work with. I am so glad I bought my truck from her and Nissan of Rivergate and drove from Franklin Kentucky to do so. Thank You. More

Well I bought a 2009 Nissan Rouge from Carnival Kia in Rivergate Thursday afternoon. The transmission just all of a sudden went out Friday night. Kia took the car to Nissan and what looked like a bad tran Rivergate Thursday afternoon. The transmission just all of a sudden went out Friday night. Kia took the car to Nissan and what looked like a bad transmission which was going to take a while to order a new one and take a while to install it. The service guy Brian looked at it and whithin a couple of hours had it ready to go. Something electrical went out causing the fail safe transmission to disengage and he had me ready to go within hours. Fast reliable and very nice. More

Quite simply, they made things so smooth and easy and were amazing to deal with. If there was a scale of how impressed and satisfied I was with this purchase it would be 10/10. In Particular, I would like to thank PHIL DATTILO for his amazing service. Phil and I exchanged Over 30 emails in buying the car. He was lighting fast on email, within minutes for I would always hear from him in response. He was very honest and got me an amazing deal. He organized transportation to pick me up from the airport and Dewayne was great to talk to and he literally stayed by my side every minute to see if I needed anything when I was at Rivergate. Rodney was extremely helpful and had me in and out of the dealership within an hour. He let me check out every facet of the vehicle and take my time in doing so. Coming from New York, it was extremely refreshing to be at a home town dealership where the people were genuinely nice and extremely helpful. I flew and drove 700 miles to get this car from this dealership so you can bet they did a Fantastic job in price and service in selling me this car. I am very happy and you will be too!!
