They did not pressure us and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Betsy Newman is such an asset to the service department! She is so very helpful and knowledgeable about the problems I have had with my vehicle. I have had what I consider a few expensive repairs, she has gone out of her way to look for any savings she can give me. She has worked around my schedule and kept me informed of the progress of my repairs. When someone goes out of their way to the extent she has, I hope that she is reconized not only by Nissan of Rivergate, but by Nissan itself. Too many times the really good employees go unreconized for the work that they do, I hope in some way this review finds its way to the right people so that Betsy can get the rewards she deserves.
