Nissan of Rivergate Service Center I bought my 2014 Nissan Altima in April of 2014. I have had my first oil change and have an appointment for my second one next week. Meanwhile I had I bought my 2014 Nissan Altima in April of 2014. I have had my first oil change and have an appointment for my second one next week. Meanwhile I had a tire that was losing air and I was planning a long trip. I was able to make an appointment online to have the tire taken care of right away and make an appointment for the oil change. The service department keeps me informed online with confirmations, reminders and prices to expect. The waiting room is always neat & clean and has coffee & donuts available. Always going above and beyond I own a 2011 Nissan Maxima and always have it serviced at Nissan of Rivergate. Betsy has always taken care of any need that I have had. I recently had an oil change appt and was running late due to being stuck in traffic. Betsy was more than accommodating when I arrived and completed my oil change and tire rotation and still managed to get me in and out quickly. They are the best! That is also why I came back to Nissan of Rivergate when I wanted to replace my 2011 Nissan with a newer one with a built in camera for reverse. I can recommend them to anyone who wants to talk with people who will listen to all of your questions and explain what you want to know without talking down to you. More

As soon as I entered the bay I was greeted and the problem began to be resolved. It took less than 10 minutes and I was on my way...but this is normal operating procedure for them...the guys are nice and really go out of the way to help solve your problem. More
