I did not know the process would be so quick and smooth such that a car was brought to this location from another area, and I drove away on my birthday...what a gift to myself to occur on my special day. I was treated with all respect and courtesy, and have continued to enjoy that relationship for each of my service visits (every 3 months) since 2010. The service appointments are made professionally and easy online or via phone. The waits are relaxing, comfortable in a cozy waiting area and never too long. I am very pleased with this company and absolutely pleased with my car. I love Nissan cars, and this dealership takes all the worry out of owning one., Thanks Rivergate Nissan!! More

Nissan of Rivergate Service Center I bought my 2014 Nissan Altima in April of 2014. I have had my first oil change and have an appointment for my second one next week. I was able to make an appointment online to have the tire taken care of right away and make an appointment for the oil change. The service department keeps me informed online with confirmations, reminders and prices to expect. The waiting room is always neat & clean and has coffee & donuts available.
