One thing that makes Nissan of Rivergate Stand out is tha I was very happy with the employees that help me at Nissan of Rivergate Service Department. One thing that makes Nissan of Rivergate Stand out is that all the staff in all the areas of the service center are great.. from the cashiers and the young man that gave me a ride to my job and after they call me to let me know what was wrong they send the young man back to my job to pick me up and then he took me to rent a car with no problem now how good is that just don't get no better than that. They took care of me like I was related to them. I had to take my car in before the oil change was due as I was going on a trip that would have put me over the 5000 mile oil change time which would h I had to take my car in before the oil change was due as I was going on a trip that would have put me over the 5000 mile oil change time which would have happened in another 300 miles. They took me right in right away and made sure everything was checked out completely. Everyone who worked there said hello and wanted to know if they could help me with anything. One of their people just talked to me for several minutes and answered all of the questions I could think of to ask. His information helped me understand a few things I didn't know about my car. I could not have been happier with the service I received from Rivergate Nissan. I felt their attitudes were sincere and hart felt. Thank you for taking care of me and my car. More
