Great Service Again !!!!!!! Took my Black Juke in to be service (Yep I am Juke owner ... Another road trip .... ) As always Service Team was friendly and nice, My wait time w Took my Black Juke in to be service (Yep I am Juke owner ... Another road trip .... ) As always Service Team was friendly and nice, My wait time was less than 45 minutes. I was able to save money was going to get my tires balanced but the service person honestly told me it was not quite time yet.....How's that for service.... some places may have done it anyway. With that's said yes I will be a returning customer and I would recommend my family and friend to Nissan Rivergate Service Center.... Thanks Guys !!!!! More

Nicest staff I've ever met!! From the minute I walked in I was greeted and they were very friendly. They made sure all of my information was updated. Made sure they protected my car with covers before getting in. The service manager was so funny and sweet. They said it would take a few hours to get done with my oil change but by the time I got home they were calling saying it was ready. I was impressed with how fast they got done. They made sure they explained everything to me before I left with my vehicle. I truly enjoy the staff and the incredibly clean environment. I would recommend nissan of rivergate to anyone.
