Below is my original review ( I have used the corrected service rep name provided by Brian). Waited 45 minutes for a shuttle to drop-off. No one seemed bothered about a customer waiting in the lobby for no reason. It did not appear the service representative (Brittany) cared enough to ask around. Had to find and speak to the manager to get a ride to work ( surprisingly the ride got ready in a minute after I complained to the manager!). They did not bother to inform me my car was ready, until I called to check late i the afternoon - this was routine service and I was told would take 1.5 hours (go figure!) . They flat out refused to pick me up from Office (just a few miles) as they don't have a driver ( not again!!!). I had to request a colleague to drop me. But they did charge me the Full price (no discounts for such a terrible customer experience). It also looked like they didn't check all the stuff in their express service ( first time seeing a car dealer NOT checking all brake drums!). Overall they didn't seem to care about the customer, i.e. me. I won't care about them too when it's time to buy the next new car. More
I liked Nikki from the initial phone call. Nikki and staff were all incredibly nice and considerate. I'm so sorry I do not recall the name of the man who took care of financing for us but he was great too. We were unable to get to the dealership and complete a transaction any day of the week in normal business hours due to our schedules and they worked late to help us. More

Wouldn't go anywhere else for service I purchased my Nissan Altima new at Nissan of Rivergate in 2011. They have serviced my vehicle from day 1 and I wouldn't trust it anywhere else. I live in Clarksville and will travel the distance for the amazing service department. Garret always provides me with an explanation of any work that may need to be done and an update when the work is complete. Even if it's just an oil change, Garret goes over any other items that need to be checked on my next visit. I couldn't be more thankful that I have a place I totally trust that I can take my vehicle to for service! More

We quickly connected and determined a test drive would be needed for the 2016 Nissan Juke. Also, a customer service rep called to find out what would make me comfortable and what would not make me comfortable while looking for a vehicle which was greatly appreciated. During my entire experience Nikki was very personable, professional, and attentive to my needs. Phillip and Nikki took time to get to know me and were very straight forward. I was able to purchase the vehicle for a more than fair price and plan to do business with them again in the future. You will NEVER have to worry about being deceived, pressured, or taken advantage of which are some fears car buyers may have when looking for a new/used vehicle. The entire atmosphere of this dealership is very positive and welcoming. Phillip and Nikki took in consideration my needs when negotiating the price and I was able to get a very good deal on my 2016 Nissan Juke. Thank you for everything. This process started on Saturday and finally we had to wipe our hands of the situation on Monday due to the rude associates. A thief is someone you don't know is taking your belonging.(Bait and Switch) This would be the salesman that could not give us a clear answer on any of the numbers. Everything is between this and that. He never knew the facts, always had to go and check with his manager. Learn your craft son, learn your craft. A robber is someone who comes right up to you and ask you for all your money. This would be the sales manger. He approached me and my son outside and asked what seems to be the problem? There was no humbleness in this man what so ever. He ask if we had a problem with the down payment amount (Pocket money) that was never discussed with the thief. The robber then told me and my son that we did have to do business with them. Wow, that is encouraging. What management book did that come from. Customer is always right!!!!!! Oh yeah, let me tell you about the shark. White-haired gentleman that lurks over every potential deal in between smoke breaks right at entrance of this establishment. He saw my son walking up to the door from the outside of the building and he was standing right there at the door on the inside. What do you think he did? Yes, he walked away from the door and did open and say "Hello welcome to such and such, How may we help you today." No, instead, he put his hands in his pocket and walked away from the door. Thanks. Customer service at its worst. Oh yeah, another interesting experience I had with these rude associates. Do you know what May 7th is.... It is National Naked Gardening Day. How did I know that? It was a conversation that was going on with the popcorn lady and the associates in the first cubicle that leaves his computer logged into Facebook. Popcorn lady said she will have to do some work outside that day and the associates said he will make sure he come over that day. Really, I did not need to hear all that. Keep It Professional, Keep It Professional!!!!!!!!!! This blog will surely get erased but I have saved it and I will continue to post it periodically because the people have a right to know just what kind of people work at this establishment. More
