First car in the morning for oil change. Two hours later no car. Went to ask about it and saw it outside. Mr Smith never told me it was finished. No paperwork. My Pathfinder 2022 has been in the service area for over a week- last Wednesday. They still do not know what is wrong with it or how long it will take. I had to call everyday multiple times to finally get a a week- last Wednesday. They still do not know what is wrong with it or how long it will take. I had to call everyday multiple times to finally get a hold of the one in charge of the case but they had no updates. Got a call on Tuesday, still no clear update aside from it possibly being due to rodents. Asked to speak to the manager but was given the runaround. I am truly appreciative of Nissan in Hackensack NJ- this is not the first time the rodents messed with the Pathfinder, they new what it was the same day I took it and had it back to me in 4 days, updating me every step off the way. More
